In the district of Duhnen 6 km from the centre of Cuxhaven, 17 km from the centre of Otterndorf, 36 km from the centre of Bremerhaven, in a busy position, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. For shared use: property 10'000 m2, garden with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, children's playground. In the complex: reception, sauna, steam room (all extra), playroom, storage room for bicycles, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking on the premises. Shop 100 m, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 200 m, indoor swimming pool 150 m. Marina 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 12 km. Please note: suitable for families. Location Description Cuxhaven

Well-known town, directly by the sea, 45 km from Bremerhaven, 100 km from Bremen. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Concerts, museum, cinema. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, sauna, solarium, health cures. The Wattenmeer, largest enclosed protected natural area In Europa, situated directly by the front door and leads to lovely walks.

Summer

Sandy beach, 12 km long, 7 km from the resort. Waterpark "ahoi!". Sailing, surfing. Tennis (18 outdoor courts, 8 indoor courts), squash, golf course in Oxstedt. Minigolf. Riding. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire.

alte Anlage ohne Grundinvest.Zentral gelegen. Ferienwohnung nicht mehr auf dem heutigen Stand. Mobiliar teilweise erneuert. Ausstattung der Küchenzeile gerade ausreichend - aber abgenutzt. Vorsicht bei Buchung......hier wird versteckt eine kostenpflichtige Versicherung mit gebucht.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Apartment in Duhnen. Am besten hat mir die Ausstattung gefallen. Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen und nirgends hatten wir eine Küche mit so viel nützlichem Zubehör. Besonders geschätzt haben wir vor allem die Mikrowelle und Toaster. Auch die Besitzerin war sehr nett und war immer offen für Fragen, Probleme und Tips. Die Lage war wirklich super zentral. In zwei Gehminuten ist man im Zentrum des Ortes und fast genauso schnell am Meer!

Wir waren eine Woche in Cuxhaven Duhnen und haben eine schöne Woche mit Fahrrad, zu Fuß und mit dem Buss verlebt. Wir konnten ein paar sonnige Tage am Strand und in Duhnen mit Minigolf, Fahrrad fahren, Sehenswürdigkeiten anschauen, mit einer Kutschfahrt nach Neuwerk erleben. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, zwar nicht die neuste Ausstattung, aber war uns nicht so wichtig. Bei Fragen und Wünschen wurde uns hilfsbereit und freundlich geholfen. Wir würde noch mal nach Duhnen Urlaub machen wollen.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer top Lage. Wir haben eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung gebucht. Die Betten sind bequem, für uns leider sehr schmal. Das 2. Schlafzimmer mit getrennten Betten ist eher für Kinder gedacht, für Ausgewachsene wenig Platz. Die Ausstattung ist gut aber recht knapp. Brötchendienst gab es wegen Corona nicht, aber zum Bäcker ist es nicht weit und hat sogar Sonn - und Feiertags geöffnet. Sauberkeit geht so. Sofa fleckig, und Rost an der Dusche. Sauna. Fitnessraum usw.: Top!

Unsere Ferienwohnung hatte eine tolle Lage ganz nah zum Strand. Die Möbel waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und in der Wohnung lag überall Teppichboden. Das ist für die Hygiene nicht optimal. Zumal es in der Wohnung selbst keinen Staubsauger gab Sondern man den in der Wohnanlage erst suchen musste. Das größte Manko war das nicht vorhandene WLAN. In der ersten Woche hat es noch MinutenWeise funktioniert, In der zweiten Woche hatten wir keine einzige Minute mehr Empfang.

Vieles defekt und nicht gepflegt, vieles gar nicht erst vorhanden. Nahe Anbindung an Strand und Geschäfte und Restaurants.

Wir hatten das Türmchenzimmer in Haus 25/ die Wohnung 5. Sehr schön und funktionell eingerichtet. Ein Defekt am Toilettendeckel wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit gerichtet. Auf dem Treppenabsatz stand ein Schrank mit Staubsauger u.Co. Bei Fragen zur Mülltrennung u.ä. gab es immer nette Mitarbeiter/Innen, die Auskunft gaben. Würde gerne dort nochmals ein paar Tage verbringen. Evtl. in einem Häuschen mit dem Enkelkind.

Eine Ferienwohnung die sehr zentral in Duhnen gelegen ist. Bäcker für die morgentlichen Brötchen ganz in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls in der Nähe.
