Open kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.

Location Description Ditzum

Well-known fishing village with 650 inhabitants 1 km from lake, 10 km from Emden, 23 km from Leer, 29 km from Aurich. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, bank, restaurant, museum. Sights Kirche in Ditzum, Kunsthalle Emden, Altstadt Groningen (NL) 70 km, Wellness park Friesentherme Emden, Fontana Resort Bad Neuschanz (NL) 27 km, Kids' club Leeraner Modell- und Spielewelt 19 km. Papenburg 43 km. Bad Zwischenahn 71 km. Norddeich 84 km. The idyllic Sieldorf with a colorful fishing port and traditional brick houses is located in the Rheiderland, south of the Ems, immediately before the confluence with the Dollart, across from Emden (car-ferry connection). The Ems offers a variety of sailing, surfing, fishing and swimming opportunities. The Dollart with its mudflats leads the interested observer into a unique flora and fauna interplay of the tides. There is an official swimming and surfing facility at the old Dyksterhusen oil rig. In the village: bike rental, tea room, a multitude of small shops, harbor cafés and restaurants, fresh fish and shrimp sales in the harbor, cutter trips, day trips with the excursion boat ‘Dollart Route’ to Delfzijl (NL), from May to October passenger ferry to Borkum every Thursday . In Ditzumerverlaad (3 km) boat rental (canoes, kayaks) .. Hiking trails. Ideal cycle path network, including the international Dollart route (180 km) and the German Fehn route (163 km). Swimming lake in Holtgaste (12 km).

Das Häuschen könnte sehr schön seinBärbel T.

Es müsste einmal richtig durchgeputzt werden.Das Geschirr hat zwar gereicht war leider auch nur so zusammengestoppelt . In der Dusche gab es nur zwei Temperaturen, kalt oder heiß. Ansonsten sehr nette Vermieter.

Wir schätzen es, dass Sie Ihre Erfahrung mit uns teilen, da wir so umgehend für Kontrollen und Verbesserungen sorgen können. Die Duschwasserversorgung erfolgt durch einen Durchlauferhitzer, und das Regeln der gewünschten Temperatur kann ein wenig Geduld erfordern. Das Erhitzen funktioniert jedoch regulär - dies wurde von unserem Qualitätsmanagement vor Ort überprüft. Bei Unklarheiten sind die Kollegen vor Ort immer für unsere Gäste da. Wir freuen uns darauf, Sie wieder begrüßen zu können.

Das war mit Abstand die schlechteste Unterkunft die wir bisher hatten. Knarzende Betten, Matratzen total durchgelegen, Sofa's und Sessel sind durch. Wohnung für 6 Personen ausgelegt und es gibt nicht mal ausreichend Geschirr. Keine großen Töpfe um für so viele Menschen gescheit kochen zu können. Backbkech tropfte vor Fett. Der krönende Schuss war, das es noch nicht mal eine Rolle Toilettenpapier gab. In der Dusche kommt entweder kochend heißes Wasser oder eiskaltes, diese gehört auch mal geputzt. Und für die Endreinigung bezahlt man Geld und dann ist noch nicht mal sauber. Man sollte wenn man so ein Objekt anbietet auch mal Geld investieren und dieses nicht nur in den eigenen Seckel stecken, dann wäre ein tolles Objekt. So was kann man nicht empfehlen

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett , hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtete. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Um besser Lüften zu können hätte ich mir gewünscht dass mehrere Fenster mit Insektenschutz bestückt gewesen wären. Sind beide Häuser belegt kann es sein , das man auch mal Geräusche aus dem Nachbarhaus hört. Alles in allem, ist es ein optimaler Ort um die Abgeschiedenheit und Stille zu genießen.

Diese Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen, sehr unsauber und mangelhaft gepflegt. Die Ausstattung muß erneuert werden, die Küche muß neu ausgestattet werden und eine richtige Grundreinigung durchgeführt werden. Im Außenbereich standen Brennessel ca. 1 Meter hoch. Leider kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit sehr viel Ruhe zum entspannen. Ausflüge für jeden Geschmack lassen sich von hieraus gut unternehmen.

Perfekt zum erholen und um vielfältige Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Pro: Altes Schöpfwerk Ferienhaus für 6 Personen.\nSchöne, ruhige Lage direkt an der holländischen Grenze. Das Ferienhaus war sehr gemütlich. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Contra: Leider kein Tiefkühlfach.
