Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings, without window with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.

Location Description Ditzum

Well-known fishing village with 650 inhabitants 1 km from lake, 10 km from Emden, 23 km from Leer, 29 km from Aurich. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, bank, restaurant, museum. Sights Kirche in Ditzum, Kunsthalle Emden, Altstadt Groningen (NL) 70 km, Wellness park Friesentherme Emden, Fontana Resort Bad Neuschanz (NL) 27 km, Kids' club Leeraner Modell- und Spielewelt 19 km. Papenburg 43 km. Bad Zwischenahn 71 km. Norddeich 84 km. The idyllic Sieldorf with a colorful fishing port and traditional brick houses is located in the Rheiderland, south of the Ems, immediately before the confluence with the Dollart, across from Emden (car-ferry connection). The Ems offers a variety of sailing, surfing, fishing and swimming opportunities. The Dollart with its mudflats leads the interested observer into a unique flora and fauna interplay of the tides. There is an official swimming and surfing facility at the old Dyksterhusen oil rig. In the village: bike rental, tea room, a multitude of small shops, harbor cafés and restaurants, fresh fish and shrimp sales in the harbor, cutter trips, day trips with the excursion boat ‘Dollart Route’ to Delfzijl (NL), from May to October passenger ferry to Borkum every Thursday . In Ditzumerverlaad (3 km) boat rental (canoes, kayaks) .. Hiking trails. Ideal cycle path network, including the international Dollart route (180 km) and the German Fehn route (163 km). Swimming lake in Holtgaste (12 km).

Nichts. Wirklich armselig ausgestattet. Es war schmutzig, muffig und ungemütlich. Wir sind nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist. Das Haus ist mit 7 Schlafplätzen ausgestattet, Geschirr ist aber nur für 5 Personen vorhanden (Trinkgläser nur für max 4 Personen). Das Haus selber hätte in gepflegtem Zustand Charme.... Aber in dem Zustand kann ich es keinem empfehlen. Wir hätten wirklich keine Premium Unterkunft erwartet, aber so etwas ist unter der Würde jedes Vermieters. Die Möbel aus dem Wohnzimmer sahen aus wie vom Sperrmüll mitgenommen. Und die schön gemähte Wiese gibt es auch nur auf den Bildern im Web.... Lasst die Finger davon.

Die Aufteilung der Räume war gut, die Lage auch. Die Sauberkeit kann man als mangelhaft bezeichnen. Die Bettdecken hatten Flecken und die Kissen rochen unangenehm. Diese wurden dann auf Wunsch ausgewechselt. Kaffekanne und Wasserkocher waren so verschmutzt, dass sie nicht benutzt werden konnten. Gläser und Tassen waren für 4 Personen gerade ausreichend. Pro Waschgang sollten 5€ bezahlt werden. Es gab keinen Ständer oder Wischer. Gerade in dieser Zeit, sollte mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden.

Die Wohnung, Decken und Kissen wurden grundgereinigt. Eine neue Kaffeemaschine und ein neuer Wasserkocher wurden bereitgestellt. In diesem Objekt steht keine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.
