Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture, box-room. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (1 car), height 200 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

In the resort 500 m from the centre of Breege, 2 km from the centre of Juliusruh, 4 km from the centre of Altenkirchen, 2 km from the sea, 100 m of lagoon. For shared use: property 2'000 m2 with lawn. In the house: storage room for bicycles, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Communal covered parking. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: height 200 cm. Shop 400 m, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Breege, Hafen" 200 m, sandy beach "Juliusruh" 2 km. Marina 100 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Breege

Breege has retained the cosy charm of a fishing village. It is quiet holiday resort, in the northern part of the island 1 km from the sea, 35 km west from Sassnitz. All shops, restaurants etc. in Sagard, 15 km. In the resort: shops, grocery, restaurant. Breege is located directly on the idyllic Breeger Bodden which offers swimming, fishing and sailing. As home harbour to many sailing ships, Breege was one of the wealthiest towns on Ruegen in the 19th century. The many reed-covered captains' houses in the town centre are a reminder back to the old days. In the summer months, one can take beautiful boat trips from Breeger harbour to the island of Hiddensee or to Ralswiek, to the famous "Stoertebeker Festpielen" (plays).

Wir sind große Ostseefans und regelmäßig auf der Insel. In dieser schönen Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden. Auch für eine Mama wichtige Sachen, um den Urlaubsalltag mit Familie meistern zu können, waren alle da. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sie ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Kommunikation bezüglich der Schlüsselübergabe lief auch super. Wirklich eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft zu einem moderaten Preis. Wir kommen wieder

Die Aussicht vom ungewöhnlich großen Balkon direkt auf den Bodden ist toll. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappt super. Die Betten waren bequem. Für Familien sehr gut geeignet.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Sauber und hat alles was man so braucht, Die Tiefgarage ist allerdings nur für Kleinwagen nutzbar. Sehr steile Zufahrt und extrem kleiner Stellplatz.

Alles prima. Alles was man braucht, tolle Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen. Kleines Manko: Die Tiefgarageneinfahrt ist extrem steil, Gefahr aufzusetzen und der Stellplatz für Golf aufwärts viel zu klein.

Prettig onderkomen, binnen was het schoon, Ramen konden wel een zeembeurt gebruiken en tussen de tegels op het balkon groeide nogal wat onkruid. Voor de rest: OK!

Allesw gezien wat we wilden. De coronasfeer was nog nadrukkelijk aanwezig, daar kunt u niets aan doen net zoals het tegenvallende weer. Pro: Niets in het byzonder. Het appartement was schoon, wel onkruid tussen de tegels op het balkon en de ramen konden wel een schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken. Contra: Vooral de ontvangst, het inchecken en het vragen om inlichtingen. Dit was een sof, uiterst onduits!!

Unsere Erwartungen aun den Urlaub wurden vollstens erfüllt. Eine tolle Wohnung in der alles vorhanden war. Einziges Manko ist die Schlüsselübergabe. Ohne Fragen hätten wir die "Wohnung" in einem Wohnblock, in dem der Hausmeisterservice sitzt, nicht gefunden. Keine Hinweisschilder oder dergleichen vorhanden. Das wäre dringend zu verbessern. Sonst aber Top. Gerne wieder.
