Balcony 16 m2. Balcony furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Large balcony with beach chair.

Supermarket 600 m, bus stop "Haltestelle Gasthaus Schaabe" 1.1 km, sandy beach 300 m, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Marina 1 km. Location Description Glowe

Small holiday resort, in the northern part of the island, 13 km from Altenkirchen, 15 km from Sassnitz, 19 km from Putgarten. In the resort: supermarket, shops, restaurant. Sights Schloss Spyker 3.5 km, Kreidefelsen der Stubbenkammer 8 km, Kap Arkona 22 km, Wellness park Erlebnisbad mit Sauna in Neddesitz 6 km, Kids' club Dinosaurierpark Bobbin 6 km. Binz 25 km. Sellin 37 km. Stralsund 53 km. Beach chair rental. In Juliusruh (8 km) restaurants and discotheque in the Aquamaris leisure center. Glowe is located on the Tromper Wiek, the starting point of an 8 km spit called “Schaabe” and connects the Jasmund and Wittow peninsulas. In terms of area, the place with its extensive beach location is the largest seaside resort in the north of the Rügen islands. The new port with its yacht charter and berths as well as boat and fishing trips is worthwhile. The Cape Arkona lighthouse is a constant companion for walks or beach stays. Hikes to the fishing village of Vitt and a trip to the island of Hiddensee (crossing from Schaprode (36 km) or Breege (10 km)) should not be missed in any holiday program.

Der Balkon war völlig verdreckt und wir haben ihn grob gefegt, Stuhlkissen abgewaschen usw, da wir noch Sonne genießen wollten. Der Strandkorb roch nach Schimmel und wir haben ihn nicht benutzt. Badewanne ohne Haltegriff... Wir wussten das die Küche "im Flur war aber so etwas Kaffeemaschine mussten wir säubern und de wackeligen Teetisch hinter der Wohnzimmertur Auch. Strandnah stimmte. Leckerer Bäcker in der Nähe Zu teuer für dieses Ambiente, auch wenn es Rügen ist.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Der Balkon und die Ausstattung werden regelmäßig kontrolliert, und das erwähnte Tischchen wurde bereits entsorgt. Der Strandkorb ist schimmelfrei – nach dem Entfernen der Schutzfolie kann es kurz zu einem leichten Geruch kommen, der jedoch schnell verfliegt. Die Kollegen vor Ort kümmern sich darum, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Bei Anliegen reicht ein kurzer Hinweis an unser lokales Team, gern wird geholfen.

Wohn/Schlafzimmer recht groß mit der passenden Dachterasse,schade das die dazugehörige Küche (im Flur )recht klein. Super an jedem Fenster ein Fliegengitter,das Inventar etwas in die Jahre genommen. Wir waren mit da und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Mann für alle Fälle sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Was ich mir wünschen würde wäre ein aussenwaschplatz für die Füße nach dem Strand oder die Hundepfoten.

Die Unterkunft war gut, sehr geräumig bis auf die sehr kleine, beengte Küche. Man könnte die Küche mit in das Wohnzimmer integrieren, der Platz würde es hergeben. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Check in erfolgt telefonisch und klappt. Die Lage ist sowohl für Ausflüge ins Umland wie auch zum Besuch des Strandes ideal. Viele Hunde im Haus aber nicht störend. Wohnung ist groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Hervorzuheben ist der großzügige Balkon. Die Betten waren nicht sehr weich aber knarrend. Im Wohnraum befand sich ein Schlafsofa, mussten wir nicht benutzen, aber die Matratzen sollten dringend gereinigt werden. Kommen aber gern wieder.

Positiv: absolut ruhig, gross, Mobiliar okay. Negativ: kein Staubsauger, ( Hund dabei) mehrmals reklamiert. 2 Tage vor Abreise da. Appartementtür + Schranktüren nicht abschließbar, reklamiert: Schreiner kommt erst bei mehreren Reklamationen. Waschmaschine? Balkon verschmutzt, äußere Fliesenreihe komplett locker. Küche selbst für 2 Selbstversorger viel zu klein. Backofen schaffte gerade 1 Portion Pommes. Kühlschrank: Abdeckung Gemüsefach nicht vorhanden. Klappe Gefrierfach gerissen, etc. Etc.

Im Haus befindet sich, wie ausgeschrieben, ein Waschraum mit 2 Waschmaschinen und 2 Trocknern zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Die Wohnungstür kann von innen abgeschlossen werden, außen befindet sich ein Türknauf. Sie kann ohne Schlüssel nicht geöffnet werden. In der Küche ist ein Mini-Backofen vorhanden.

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Sehr schöne, waldreiche Umgebung. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Vermieter war sehr gut bei Problemen erreichbar.
