Das größte Problem sind die Sprachkenntnisse der Rezeptionist. Er spricht weder Deutsch noch Englisch. Es ist daher unmöglich, irgendwelche Probleme, auch banale, mit ihm zu lösen. Während des Konflikts war der Rezeptionist sehr feindselig. Wir mussten den Eigentümer anrufen, um alles in Ruhe zu klären. Danach war die Atmosphäre während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes sehr angespannt.
