For shared use: small terraced garden (not fenced) with plants and trees. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 800 m, bus stop 750 m, ferry "Portoferraio" 18 km, sandy beach "Naregno" 2.5 km pebble beach "Madonna delle Grazie" 2.5 km.

Die Wohnung liegt nahe bei Capoliveri und hat eine traumhaft schöne Aussicht. Sie ist sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und mit Stühlen und Liegen gut ausgestattet. Capoliveri ist fußläufig erreichbar, für die vielen schönen Strände ist ein Auto hilfreich. Die Ausstattung ist eher zweckmäßig und nicht besonders reichhaltig, für den Urlaub aber völlig in Ordnung.
