For shared use: property 40 ha, terraced garden with trees, natural garden, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth 130 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 24.May. - 27.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, barbecue. In the complex: reception, WiFi, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 06.Apr.. 3 km long steep motor access (400 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 3.5 km, railway station "Figline Valdarno" 13 km. Riding stable 2 km. Please note: car recommended. Local sale of farm products. The owner lives on the same property. The swimming pool is located in the middle of the woods above the structure, reachable by a path.

Location Description Castelfranco di Sopra

280 m a.s.l. >>Castelfranco di Sopra, situated on a hill above the Arno valley, was founded in the 13th century by Florence as a military foothold. Within the walls, there are beautiful houses in medieval and Renaissance style built along the small horizontally running alleyways. The Badia di Soffena abbey is just outside, which has recently been renovated and it's medieval charm restored. Historical, quiet village with 2'700 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, situated at the foot of the Pratomagno, on a slope with beautiful view, 43 km south-east from Firenze, 43 km north-west from Arezzo. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. More possibilities for shopping 8 km.

De omgeving is het enige wat mooi is. Niet onderhouden, bij elkaar geraapt en zeker niet waardig om mensen in te laten overnachten. Het gruis van de houtworm lag in de ochtend in mijn bed! Wij kregen er uitslag van. Keuken mag de naam keuken niet dragen, je kan er net alleen in staan, het ruikt ook heel naar. Terras is moeilijk bereikbaar evenals het zwembad waar ook geen parasols zijn. Weg ernaartoe is heel vervelend. Kortom, een hele nare ervaring waar we eerder weg zijn gegaan.

That said, the owner checked for woodworms since this review and found none. The bad odor is weather depending, when it is very hot the sewage system may at times exude some smells.

De omgeving is prachtig! De woning was vies, alles was bij elkaar geraapt. De keuken mag de naam keuken niet dragen. Heel klein, benauwd en stonk. De houtworm kwam uit het plafond vallen. De weg erheen was helemaal niet prettig! De eigenaar was echt aardig, maar ik denk dat hij er voor moet kiezen om of het gebouw op te knappen, of eerlijk vermelden wat je krijgt als je aankomt.

Quest'anno cercavamo una vacanza riposante e rigenerante, ed è stato quello che abbiamo trovato al Belvedere. Il posto è meraviglioso, panorama mozzafiato, il silenzio è speciale (finalmente abbiamo riscoperto i suoni della natura). Poche unità abitative consentono di trascorrere una vacanza in perfetta indipendenza e autonomia, ma ogni tanto di conoscere degli altri ospiti. La gestione è stata molto cortese ed accogliente. Siamo veramente contenti di avere scelto il Belvedere!
