In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 07.Apr.. 3 km long narrow motor access. Public parking on the road. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station "Figline Valdarno" 13 km. Riding stable 2 km, walking paths from the house 300 m. 280 m a.s.l. >>Castelfranco di Sopra, situated on a hill above the Arno valley, was founded in the 13th century by Florence as a military foothold. Within the walls, there are beautiful houses in medieval and Renaissance style built along the small horizontally running alleyways. The Badia di Soffena abbey is just outside, which has recently been renovated and it's medieval charm restored. Historical, quiet village with 2'700 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, situated at the foot of the Pratomagno, on a slope with beautiful view, 43 km south-east from Firenze, 43 km north-west from Arezzo. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. More possibilities for shopping 8 km.

Hemos pasado 10 días maravillosos en Pulicciano. Han sido unas vacaciones increíbles para desconectar del mundo. La casa es maravillosa y tiene todas las comodidades necesarias, solo tienes que llevar tus cosas personales. T., la anfitriona y su hijo han sido encantadores con nosotros, hemos tenido mucha conversación con ellos y son muy amables y atentos, siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Es una casa que no te decepcionará.

Excellent experience – a great house with charming interior, a lot of space and fenced yard that offers you a lot of privacy (good if you are traveling with dogs as well). Located in the small village on the hillside, some 10 minutes away from the major road it provides you an excellent view on the surroundings. Just across the street (with almost no traffic), you’ll find cosy little playground for kids. Very friendly and helpful owner. Smooth communication – everything perfect.
