For shared use: property 6 ha, beautiful terraced garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (11 x 6 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: sauna, steam room, hot tub (all extra), table tennis (all included), table football, washing machine (for shared use, extra). 200 m long narrow motor access to the house. Location Description Montecatini Terme

Montecatini is situated at the foot of the Appenine mountains. Lovely green areas, walks along the long avenues and parks between the 9 thermal baths. Montecatini Alta, an historical hamlet connected by funicular, offers a fantastic view. Chic, well-known spa resort with 20'000 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, in the plane, in a convenient position, 16 km south-west from Pistoia, 32 km east from Lucca, 45 km north-west from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, wellness centre, health cures.

Das Anwesen bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf Montecatini Terme, und F., die Tochter des Besitzers, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit genau wie die andere Mitarbeiter. Leider war die Ferienwohnung in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, mit Schimmel in allen Zimmern... Montags und donnerstags stören Besuchergruppen die Ruhe, und den Pool mussten wir täglich selbst von Ungeziefer befreien. Keine Empfehlung in diesem Zustand.

Bei Ankunft stank die Wohnung und hatte teilweise Schimmel an den Wänden. Die Ausstattung war schlecht mit vielen Defekten (ein Teil der dreiteiligen Duschtür fehlte, Fernseher mit Riss im Bildschirm ...). Die Aussenanlagen waren nicht gereinigt, die Freizeitangebote (Kicker, Sauna) nicht nutzbar. Es schien, als wären wir zu früh in der Saison (über Ostern) und wurden noch nicht erwartet.
