For shared use: property 4 ha, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (690 m2, seasonal availability: 17.May. - 27.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, table tennis, children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, lounge, WiFi, sauna, fitness room, steam room, hot tub (all included), washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycle rental. Location Description Lignano Sabbiadoro

This well-known seaside resort is situated on a peninsula which stretches from the Tagliamento river to the border between Veneto and Friuli. Lignano is divided into 3 distinctive sections which stretch along 12 km of sandy beaches. Lignano Sabbiadoro goes as far as the Merano lagoon, it is there that you find the well-known "Terrazza Mare", the symbol of Lignano. This area can be defined as the heart of Lignano with its entertainment and its shops. As indicated by the name, Lignano Pineta is completely surrounded by a pine forest which stretches between the sea and the lagoon. Situated at the mouth of the Tagliamento river, Lignano Rivera is the most recent area and the most characteristic with its detached houses and small apartment buildings. Das Haus war schön eingerichtet, viel Platz für 6 Personen, ruhige Lage, schöner Garten, super fanden wir die geräumigeGarage und den Platz davor inkl. dem eingezäunten Grundstück. Nicht so toll fanden wir, die minimalistische Einrichtung der Küche, viel leerer Platz im Schrank, Geschirr für max. 6 Personen, wenn überhaupt. Eine 2-Sitzer Couch für 6 Personen, obwohl Platz genug vorhanden war, fand ich auch richtig doof. Die Gartenmöbel hatten nur 6 Stühle.

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Anwesen, großer Pool, nette, hilfreiche Ansprechpartner an der Rezeption, geräumige Garage, eingezäuntes Grundstück, Garten in ansprechender Größe, einfache, günstige Fahrradmiete. Ausreichend ordentliche Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Pool. Am Strand ausreichend Liegen, in super Lage, die man täglich anmieten konnte, was im Gesamtpreis enthalten war. Was nicht so toll war, die minimalistische Kücheneinrichtung, kurze Betten, und die kleine Couch. Eine 2-Sitzer Couch für 6 Personen und auch nur 5 Gartenstühle für 6 Personen fand ich doof. Wenn etwas kaputt geht, sollte es doch zügig ersetzt werden, zumal das Haus für bis zu 7 Personen ausgelegt war. Toller Hotelbereich, nähe zur Innenstadt gut, gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Insgesamt toller Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.
