Sights Lungolago (Sorico-Gera Lario-Cremia), San Bartolomeo (1204 m) 11 km, Riserva Naturale Pian di Spagna 4 km, nature reserve. Access: road N340 Como - Menaggio - Colico. Baustelle direkt vor dem Fenster begonnen. Haus wird davor gebaut. Wir werden daher die Wohnung nicht wieder buchen.

Positiv: schöner Blick auf oberen See, Colico und Monte Legnone. Betten für italienische Verhältnisse gut. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am See. Negativ: Baustelle vor der Terrasse. Keine Heizung trotz niedriger nächtlicher Temperaturen. Wasser in Dusche und Spüle läuft sehr schlecht ab. Kein Handtuchwechsel nach einer Woche. Internet katastrophal. Flurlicht vor den Schlafzimmern funktioniert nicht. Wäscheständer kaputt. Spiegelleuchte im Bad defekt. Alle Deckenleuchten voll mit toten Insekten.

Zweckmäßige Einrichtung, alles wie beschrieben, die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick war traumhaft, bei Fragen wurde sich sofort gekümmert, der Weg zum Strand nur über die Straße war super, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unser Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit dem traumhaften Blick täglich genossen und vermissen das jetzt schon. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Absolute Empfehlung ⭐️

Het appartement was prima, maar de inventaris is waardeloos, oud en bij elkaar geraapt.

Der Balkon und die Sicht auf den See sind wunderbar auch die Küche ist hell und es gut zu Kochen dort. Jedoch ist der Herd und Backofen sehr schlecht zu bedienen. Das Bad ist modern und schön eingerichtet, aber der Boden hat schon Risse. Die Einrichtung ist alt und leider nicht gut gepflegt. Achtung: die Betten sind sehr durchgelegen besonders die Betten im 2. Schlafzimmer. Für Erwachsene/Teenager gänzlich ungeeignet.
