Super Unterkunft, große Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Eine Couch wäre schön gewesen. Super Ausblick, toller Garten u super nette Nachbarn. Vermieter auch super nett u immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt u kommen bestimmt wieder.

The flat in the 2nd floor directly at the lake offers a wonderful view from the small balcony at the lake side. It is clean, well-equipped & spacious but lacks an aircon. The garden with fresh vegetables & herbs & gas grill is a good place to eat and read. The quiet public beach is attended mainly by locals. Swimming and hiking into the Valle di Ratti up to Frasnedo are great fun. A bakery, a small supermarket and a bar with delicious gelati are opposite the road/railway. Don't forget ear plugs!

Die Lage am See ist super. Öffentliche Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. In 100 Metern die beste Strandbar mit Imbiss war für uns oft der schönste Abschluss von unseren Ausflügen. Da wir 14 Tage hatten waren wir für Waschmaschine und das gute Trinkwasser dankbar. Das Bett war sehr gut und mit meinen 186 auch ausreichend. Auf dem Seebalkon kann man zu zweit frühstücken. Wir hatten dazu immer ein Tablett neben dem Tisch höher abgestellt. Abends gibt es Fledermäuse. Hier hab ich auch zum ersten mal einen Holzernter live gesehen wie er nach stürmischer Nacht Treibholz am Strand vor unsererem Appartment ablegt. Frühstückstip - Chiavenna Ponte Del Mera. Mooie locatie direct aan het meer Pro: Enthousiaste gastvrouw en een leuk appartement op de tweede verdieping. Veel natuur een leuke stadjes in de nabije omgeving. Contra: Spoor lag direct naast het appartement, maar gelukkig rijden dat s nacht geen treinen. Daarom 4 en geen 5 sterren bij de beoordeling van de locatie.

Sehr schön gelegen mit einer großartigen Aussicht vom Balkon. Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich vollständig und alles unkompliziert. Hilfreich sind auch der Alimentari und die Bar auf der anderen Seite der Bahnlinie. Solange die Fenster zu sind, stört die Eisenbahn auch überhaupt nicht. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Die Wohnung ist entgegen dem Beschrieb im 2. Stockwerk, was jedoch für die Aussicht vom Balkon besser ist. Die Betten sind bequem, im Bad ist alles vorhanden. In der Küche habe ich lediglich ein Backblech vermisst. Salz war vorhanden, zum Glück hatte ich Pfeffer und Zucker dabei. Ebenso mussten Küchentücher und Abwaschmittel selbst organisiert werden. Die Umgebung ist hervorragend. Der eingezäunte Garten eine Oase für uns und unseren Hund. Bahn und Strasse hinter dem Haus haben nicht gestört.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und vollkommen ausreichend um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu haben. Die Ausicht vom Schlafzimmerbalkom ist sehr schön. Direkt am See mit öffentlichen Seezugang. Lässt keine Wünsche offen um den See zu genießen. Die Kommunikation mit Patrizia hat über WhatsApp wunderbar auf Englisch funktioniert.

Zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien 4 kamer appartement. Op 2e verdieping, 4 trappen hoog. Geen lift. Schitterend uitzicht over het meer en bergen vanaf balkonnetje. Op loopafstand alimentari en bar met ijs en pizza. Er was geen WiFi. Overlast van trein, ca 25 meter achter appartement, 2 x per uur van 6:00 tot 22:00 uur. Naast treinbaan ligt doorgaande weg, vooral in ochtend en avond spits erg druk.

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stockwerk eines passabel aussehenden Hauses. Vermutlich die schönste Lage direkt am lago di mezzola in Verceia. Die Einrichtung ist etwas altbacken, alles vorhanden. Das Haus liegt direkt an den Bahngleisen, stündlich fahren dort tagsüber regionalbahnen. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung hat keine Wünsche offen lassen, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Lage des Hauses kann nicht besser sein und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und unterstützen bei allen Themen. Der eingezäunte Garten war perfekt für eine Reise mit Hund. In der Bar gegenüber gibt es das beste Eis im ganzen Umkreis.

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und in einer sehr guten Lage direkt am See. Sie liegt jedoch auch in der Nähe einer stark befahrenen Straße. Dadurch war es immer etwas laut.

Dit was een mooi ruim schoon en compleet appartement direct aan het water. Er is nog een kleine omheinde tuin waar een bbq en een tafel met stoelen en een ligbed waren. Ook konden we gebruik maken van de kano die er lag.Heerlijk rustig meer.
