In the hamlet Gittana 3.5 km from the centre of Varenna, 3 km from the centre of Perledo, 25 km from the centre of Lecco, 1.3 km from the lake. 3 km long narrow motor access. Public parking 50 m. Shop 3 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 30 m, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Varenna" 3.5 km, grass beach "Bellano" 5 km. Marina 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 35 km, walking paths from the house 200 m. Hiking paths: Sentiero del Viandante 200 m. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Nette kleine Wohnung Mette L.

Eine nette kleine Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Ein früherer Check-in war nach Rücksprache möglich. Beim Check-In sind Kurtaxe, ggf die Hunde-Gebühr und eine Kaution (110€) in Bar fällig. Die Wohnung war sauber, vor allem auch das Bad und die Dusche. Das Geschirr, v.a. die Gläser im Schrank mussten wir vor Benutzung dringend spülen. Die Straße in den Ort ist eng und kurvig, aber es gibt einen Fußweg zum See. Das WLAN ist sehr schlecht. Nachts ist es relativ laut, v.a. die Kirchenglocken.

Die enge Serpentinenstraße ist nicht leicht zu befahren. Das nächste Das nächste Restaurant befindet sich im nächsten Bergdorf und ist fußläufig nicht gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist durchaus weiter zu empfehlen. Man kann von dort aus schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Die Vermieterin ist nett und hilfsbereit. Wer Wert auf das W-Lan legt, muss sich auf eine langsame Verbindung einstellen.

Sehr Idyllisch. Kleines Dörfchen ca 60 Selen, sehr ruhig. Auto von Vorteil. Zufahrt Straßen ein wenig abenteuerlich (eng und kurvig) aber nach ein paar Tagen kein Problem mehr. Alles in allem sehr schöne Ort und sehr schönes Haus.

Expérience très particulière et contrastée. Difficulté d'accès (des lacets extrêmement serrés pour rejoindre le hameau depuis le lac) compensée par une situation au cœur de promenades superbes. Équipement qui serait impeccable, si on ne tient pas compte d'une vaisselle très lacunaire (presque pas de couverts) et d'une connexion Wi-Fi complètement déficiente. Mais l'accueil était chaleureux, et la terrasse bien agréable.

Auch diesmal eine schöne Zeit in Gittana gelebt. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und gleichzeitig diskret. Es gibt zwei sehr gute Restaurants fußläufig, die zwar Ruhetage haben, aber sehr zu empfehlen sind. Wir waren zum Radfahren dort (Räder in der Garage am Haus sicher verschlossen) und finden die Ausgangslage passend, Wandertouren auch prima. Enge, steile und kurvige Straßen sollten mit dem fahrbaren Untersatz souverän beherrscht werden.

Het huis is netjes, goed onderhouden en de keuken is zeer uitgebreid ingericht. Parkeren kan op een gratis parking op amper 30m. van het huis. Het meer is vlakbij, zeker doenbaar te voet. Twee supermarkten in het volgende dorp. Er lopen verschillende wandelroutes vlak langs het huis. Rosa is een super gastvrouw. Terras kijkt uit op een klein pleintje met huizen rond, verder in de straat kan je het meer zien. De wifiverbinding is aanwezig, maar zwak en traag.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Für Leute die absolut ihre Ruhe haben und nicht ständig Auto fahren wollen genau richtig. Mich mich war die Lage absolut ungünstig zu weit weg vom See und zu weit weg von den Kletter - und Klettersteiggebieten! Also gut überlegen was man unternehmen möchte!
