Eigentlich gut, wenn da nicht Kleinigkeiten wie einer fehlenden Klimaanlage im Wohn-Essbereich oder kleinere Mängel beim Zustand der Küche oder ein fehlender Vorhang im Wohn-Essbereich oder ein allgemeiner Eindruck einer gewissen Abnutzung den Gesamteindruck schmälern würden. Gut ist die eigene Tiefgarage und der Gemeinschaftspool und die Lage des Objektes, wenn man nicht unbedingt in einem Ort Urlauben muss.
