Location Description Malcesine

Tourist centre, artistic and historic, situated on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, in the Veneto region. To visit, the "scaligero" castle erected on a rocky ledge, opposite the lake, the "Palazzo Capitani" dating from 16th century, typical renaissance building. 18 km from Riva del Garda. Lovely trips around the lake. Mountain railway to Tratto Spino (1780m above sea level) on the Monte Baldo.

57 Stufen über der Straße gibt es eine schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung für 2 mit Kind. Der Blick auf den See ist unbezahlbar und die 2 Terrassen bieten immer eine guten Platz. Es ist alles in der Nähe was man braucht und der Weg am See führt in den Stadtkern und die umliegenden Dörfer mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum pausieren. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit… wir kommen wieder …

Die Auffahrt zum Grundstück ist sehr steil und bedarf etwas Übung. Die Straße liegt direkt unterm Grundstück und ist recht laut, aber die Aussicht traumhaft.

Ideal für Segler, Sufer, Kiter ...Bauer-Portner A.

Wir waren schon mehrmals hier, weil die Lage für untsere Interessen (Segelkurse im Stickl-Sportcamp) einfach nur genial ist. Vom großen Balkon hat man nicht nur einen grandiosen Blick über den Gardasee hinweg und auf die Bergkette gegenüber (nachts mit beleuchteten Dörfern), sondern auch auf die Bucht von Val di Sogno und das ganze Wassersport-Treiben rund um das Sportcamp. Das spart den Fernseher. Die Wohnung und der Garten sind immer top in Ordnung und gepflegt. Kräuter zum Kochen gibt´s auch.
