Germignaga 2 km from Luino: Large residence "Euroville", 8 storeys. 60 apartments in the residence. Above Germignaga, in an elevated position in the residential district, 1.5 km from the lake. For shared use: property, well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (15 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, tennis, table tennis, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: lift, roof terrace. Parking on the premises. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights 'Mercato di Luino', Lungolago, Belvedere del CAI di Luino. Access: motorway A2 Gotthard/Bernardino - Milano, exit number "Lugano Nord" 22 km from Luino. Access by train Milano - Gallarate - Laveno - Luino - Bellinzona. Railway station in the resort. Bus connection. Car ferry Laveno - Intra (Verbania) 17 km. Locarno 39 km.

Zweckmässig eingerichtete Wohnung. Nicht mehr die neueste Einrichtung. Schöne Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore.

Die FeWo war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Definitiv die beste Wohnung in der Anlage, da man einen ebenerdigen Zugang über die Terrasse hat und einen schönen Ausblick auf den See mit eigener Palme und Sonnenliegen hat.

schöner Sitzplatz, schön ruhig, Küche etwas dürftig eingerichtet. Möbel z.T. schon alt. Pool war cool. In Germignaga am Strand war es gut gepflegt und neu angelegt. Nur die Musik von der Strandbar ist sehr laut.

Mooi uitzicht en een prettige locatie, echter wel aan een steile helling dus auto noodzakelijk. Appartement is verouderd hier en daar wel opgeknapt maar voor het grootste deel zeer oud. Een prima verblijf maar zou niet terug komen.

Nous avons bien profité de la piscine (qui pourrait être plus chaude) et du terrain de tennis. De nombreuses activités et attractions sont possibles (randonnées, voile, Varese, îles Borromées...)

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Notre hôte a gentiment été disponible quand nous avons eu des questionnements. La piscine est facile d'accès mais un peu froide;), nous en avons quand même profité tous les jours. Nos enfants ont aussi utilisé le terrain de tennis. Nous avons simplement regretté (et le lieu aurait été parfait) la côte raide pour accéder à l'immeuble. Seuls nos enfants équipés de vélos de route et entraînés ont pu aller du lac à l'immeuble à vélo. Nous avons utilisé la voiture. Autrement les commerces sont relativement proches ainsi que tous les services de Luino. La région est magnifique, tant le lac que les monts autour. 1 seule station essence à Luino.

Schoon, alles was aanwezig maar een airco zou prettig zijn met die warmte. Douchen in bad is niet het allerveiligst.

Die FeWo hat uns gut gefallen, das einzige Manko war das fehlende WLAN und die kurvige Straße zum Ort.

Schöne Ferienanlage, sehr ruhig gelegen mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte mal einen frischen Anstrich. Genauso die Wohnung auch. Wer keine besonders hohen und luxuriösen Ansprüche hat, kann hier einen schönen und sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbringen. Für Familien ist alles was man braucht (Tennisplatz, Fußball, Tischtennis, Spielplatz, Pool und große Wiese). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Lago Maggiore hat viel Flair und eine tolle Atmosphäre

Wir mussten leider nach vier Tagen wieder abreisen da meine Frau krank wurde. Über eine kleine Trostentschädigung würden wir uns sehr freuen, dia wir gerne nächstes Jahr mit der Unterkunft verrechnen würden.
