Large terraced house "Monvalle". 1 km from the centre of Monvalle, 9 km from the centre of Laveno, in a quiet position, 400 m from the lake. For shared use: property with lawn and trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, tennis (01.May. - 30.Sep.). Grocery 2 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 200 m, ferry "Laveno - Verbania" 9 km, sandy beach 400 m. Nearby attractions: Santa Caterina del Sasso 5 km, Ispra 5 km, Angera 10 km, Varese 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Monate 8 km, Varese 9 km. Please note: car recommended. All shops, restaurants etc. in Besozzo & Ispra, 5 - 6 km. In the resort: grocery, restaurant, bar. Besides: pharmacy. Sights Lido di Monvalle, Sentiero dei Mulini, Spiaggia Guree, lakes nearby. Access: motorway Milano - Gravellona Toce, exit number "Sesto Calende" 18 km from Monvalle. Access by train Novara - Laveno-Mombello - Bellinzona. Railway station in the resort. Car ferry Laveno - Intra (Verbania) 7 km. Stresa 45 km. Orta (Lago d'Orta) 50 km. Como 53 km.

Alles insgesamt schon i.O. - aber in der Wohnung seit 40 Jahren nur punktuell etwas Geld investiert um die elementarsten Schäden zu beheben. Das Bad ist leider vom Inventar her wirklich zum abgewöhnen. Spiegel hängen willkürlich an der Wand. Die Duschkabine 40 Jahre alt - so sieht die dann halt aus usw

Appartement bien agencé mais manquant un peu de propreté. Il est situé dans une résidence de propriétaires, la plupart des personnes âgées. Nous ne nous sommes pas forcément sentis les bienvenus nous les vacanciers ! De même le règlement et l’ambiance à la piscine sont décevants : bonnet de bain obligatoire, chaises longues réservées, jamais de calme les habitants s’y retrouvent et discutent a voix très haute !

Unser Aufenthalt war genau wie erwartet. Das Appartement ist geräumig, sauber, komfortabel eingerichtetet und ideal für uns. Die abgeschlossenene Anlage mit großem Pool, Tennisplatz und Parkplatz im privaten Bereich ist sehr gepflegt. Auch der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin hat sehr gut geklappt. Also alles in allem toll! Wir werden wohl wieder kommen...

Prinzipiell eine voll von der Größe ausreichende Wohnung für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Möbel sind neuwertig, über die Farbliche akzentuierung lässt sich streiten.. Übergabe etwas konfus und am Abreisetag stand unangemeldet wer um 8: 30 da um das Gas zu tauschen. Schwimmbad super war und sauber. Toaster und Kaffeemaschine Katastrophe, teils verdreckt oder einfach qualitativ no go. Mangelhaft, nur eine angebrochene WC Rolle so wie Cewa, keine Nachfüllprodukte auf reserve. 2 Geschirrtücher und die Putzlappen nicht sauber und uralt. Schade, sind Kleinigkeiten die allerdings erwähnt werden müssen. Balkonmöbel passt. Liegen passt Lage passt. Sauberkeit der Anlage passt.

Net en ruim appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 balkons. Groot zwembad, helaas moet je wel een badmuts op! Vlak bij Guree Beach, hier genoeg gratis parkeerplaatsen. Ruimte genoeg in zon en schaduw. Water op sommige plekken wel veel algen. Maar verder fijne plek.

Lati positivi: posto pulito, comprensorio delizioso, posizione ottima, signora addetta alla consegna chiavi molto disponibile e flessibile negli orari, parcheggio interno, quiete totale. Lati negativi: materassi e cuscini pessimi, asciugamani e lenzuola pagati 10 euro a persona spaiati, vecchi e ruvidi. Niente phon e niente disponibilità a fornirlo segnalata l'assenza. Bagno vecchiotto decisamente da manutenere. Richiesta cauzione di 200 euro per eventuali danni, a mio avviso eccessivo

Leider war das Schwimmbecken trotz täglichen 28-30 Grad Außentemperatur nicht geöffnet. Deshalb die eine schlechte Bewertung.
