Location Description Ameglia

Ameglia is situated on an inlet on the Omonimo river, which flows into the sea at La Spezia. Sarzana (railway station) 8 km, La Spezia 18 km. From Ameglia there is a beautiful view of the Apuane Alps and the Plain of Lunie, where there are ruins of the ancient Roman city. Lido at Bocca di Magra near La Spezia, boat hire, water skiing.

Es stimmt, mit dem Auto ist es etwas mühsam zu parken. Wir haben einen Alhambra. Der Parkplatz ist sehr gross aber der Zugangsweg ist so eng das man rangieren muss um auf den Parkplatz zu kommen. Kürzere Autos haben ihr klare Vorteile. Das Haus selber könnte wieder ein bisschen renoviert werden. Im Quartier fühlt man sich wohl und sicher. Der Garten ist prima. Alle konnten hier sehr gut schlafen und haben sich erholt. Hundestrand mit Auto gut zu erreichen. Besitzer ist sehr entgegenkommend.

L'accueil a été chaleureux et la disponibilité de la part du responsable sur place. La maison est située dans un quartier tranquille. Nous avons apprécié le jardin clôturé et la grandeur des pièces de l'appartement. Sans être super moderne, la cuisine offre tout ce dont on a besoin en vacances (vaisselle en suffisance, lave-vaisselle etc.). Nous avons également apprécié le fait de disposer d'un lave-linge. Seule ombre au tableau, certains appareils de cuisine (grille-pain etc.) sont à remplacer

Alles bestens. Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Bei Zeiten könnte die Fassade einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen ;) Perfekt für Hundehalter oder Familien mit kleinen Kindern, ds das Grundstück komplett umzäunt ist. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Haus finden sich Restauranttipps /Reiseführer für den Aufenthalt, um keine Sehenswürdigkeiten zu verpassen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
