Heating available only from 01.11. to 31.03. Large terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, conservatory. Very beautiful view of the sea and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Comfortable apartment block "Mimosa", 3 storeys. In the district of Capo Mimosa 3 km from the centre of Marina di Andora, 3 km from the centre of Cervo, 10 km from the centre of Alassio, on a slope, 300 m from the sea. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 150 m, railway station "Andora" 3 km, sandy beach "Marina di Andora" 2 km pebble beach "Cervo" 2 km. Marina 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 15 km.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Sie war sehr sauber, hat einen großen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Schlüssel befand sich in einem Zahlenschloss, hier wäre es schön gewesen, den Code schon vorher zu erfahren. Somit haben wir erst am Anreisetag erfahren, wie wir an den Schlüssel kommen. Allerdings auch nicht ohne Probleme, denn das Servicebüro war am Samstag nicht erreichbar. Wir wurden dann per WhatsApp kontaktiert und haben somit den Code erfahren, sowie auch wo der Parkplatz ist. Dieser war geräumig und gut erreichbar. Leider fehlte in der Wohnung die Kaffeemaschine sowie auch der Wasserkocher. Hätten wir nicht unsere eigenen Kannen mitgebracht, hätten wir uns überhaupt keinen Tee und Kaffee kochen können. Den Wasserkocher haben wir moniert und nach drei Tagen auch erhalten, da nämlich auch beim Benutzen des Herdes ständig die Sicherung herausflog. Beim Herd konnte man nur eine Herdplatte zur Zeit anmachen, somit ist für Selbstkocher die Möglichkeit stark eingeschränkt. Aber der Herd müsste unbedingt überprüft werden, denn auch beim Anmachen des Backofens standen wir wieder im Dunkeln. Hier half uns eine sehr nette Mitarbeiterin von Interchalet weiter, die sogar deutsch spricht, den Hauptsicherungskasten zu finden, damit wir den Strom wieder einschalten konnte. Den Strom mussten wir in den drei Wochen unzählige Male wieder einschalten. Das WLAN ist relativ stabil, mussten ab und zu den Router neu starten, aber war ok. Durch die Nachsaison war es angenehm ruhig, nur einmal waren unter uns für ein Wochenende Leute da, die sich morgens um 4 Uhr gestritten haben. Das war so laut, dass wir davon wach wurden und dachten, die sind in unserer Wohnung, also wirklich extrem hellhörig. Zum Glück sind die nach zwei Tagen wieder weg und unsere Ruhe wieder hergestellt. Ich möchte nicht wissen, wie das in der Hauptsaison ist. Ganz in der Nähe gehen Wanderwege los, wirklich toll, auch die Wege zu den nächsten Orten waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, einziger Nachteil ist, dass man an der Straße gehen muss, da ein Weg unten am Wasser gesperrt war. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung für die Nebensaison sehr empfehlen

Die Wohnung selber ist sehr gemütlich und geräumig, ein super Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer. Sie war sehr sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt durch ein Schloss mit Zahlencode, den wir per WhatsApp bekamen.Leider gab es weder Kaffeemaschine noch Wasserkocher, auch keine Kannen, so dass Tee- und Kaffeekochen nur geht, wenn man seine Sachen mitbringt. Den Wasserkocher haben wir nach drei Tagen bekommen. Leider sprang ständig die Sicherung raus. Interchalet half uns, den Hauptschalter zu finden.

Leider waren die angegebenen 300m bis zum meer nicht ganz richtig. man musste mind 10min auto fahren bis zum strand. zudem war das bett hart wo man lieber auf dem sofa geschlafen hat.

Sensationeller Blick aufs Meer , leider gabs kein Zugang zum Meer, da Campingplatz geschlossen. Essgeschirr zu wenig, Besteck Griffe locker, Kaffeemaschine fehlt.

L’esperienza in Liguria è stata pessima. Il responsabile delle chiavi dell’appartamento non ha chiamato e neanche si è fatto vedere. Dietro mia insistente richiesta , ha inviato dei messaggi con indicazioni lacunose e poco chiare. Inoltre lo stabile era in pessimo stato e l’appartamento freddo e poco accogliente , completamente diverso da come si vede in foto. Siamo stati talmente delusi che abbiamo anticipato la partenza. Peccato!!

The condominum is prefectly preserved with proper maintenance. Inside the house there are 4 pots of excellent quality with attached lid without Teflon, the American coffee machine the toaster the kettle and cups and glasses bought in 2022 so absolutely new in addition as reported there are appliances such as Smart TV washing machine dishwasher refrigerator. Should guest find any discrepancy or defetcs on arrival, please notify the keyholder responsible to allow us a chance to provide a resolve. Thank you for understanding.

Alles sauber und nett eingerichtet. In der Beschreibung ist ein TV Fernseher angegeben, aber nur mit Italenischen Programmen. (Schade) W-Lanschlüssel musste man erst nachfragen. Keine Beschreibung Adresse des Hauses war mit der Nummer 1 angegeben, haben nur eine Nummer vier gefunden.
