In the hamlet Varcavello 1 km from the centre of Diano Castello, 2 km from the centre of Diano Marina, 7 km from the centre of Imperia, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 2.5 km from the sea, located by a road. For shared use: natural state property 1'000 m2 with plants, courtyard, swimming pool fenced (12 x 5 m, depth 110 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: bicycle rental. Available: bicycles (12) (extra). Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises. Shop 900 m, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 7.2 km, sandy beach 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Marina 2.5 km. Cosy town with 6'000 inhabitants, directly by the sea, 5 km east from Imperia, 20 km west from Alassio. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Access: railway station in the resort 3 km. Bus connection.

Die Lage war top. Ruhig und doch in ein paar Minuten im Ort Diano Marina mit Geschäften,Bars,Cafés und dem für Kindern wirklich tollen Strand. Fußläufig ging es in etwa 15 min (mit Anstieg )in den Ortskern Diano Castello,der auch wirklich schön war. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt,sie war sauber und die Kinder hatten eine riesen Freude im Pool! Alles in allem ein schöner Platz/Unterkunft um Urlaub zu machen

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln. Sie war sauber, mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und der Pool war dür die Kinder ein echtes Highlight. Die Lage der Unterkunft überzeugte uns. Man konnte die Ruhe genießen, war aber in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto im lebendigen Ort Diano Marina und am tollen sehr flach abfallenden Meer mit Sandstran. Perfekt für die Kinder (10,8 und 2Jahre).Mit einem 15 Minütigen Fußmarsch (Achtung steil, aber zu schaffen) kommt man zum Ortskern Diano Castello. Von dort hat man einen tollen Rundumblick und der Prt überzeugt ebenfalls.

EXTREMES HUNDEGEBELL IN DER NACHTJürgen H.

Dieses Apartment war sehr sauber und gross genug für uns zwei. Aber die Betten waren sehr unbequem, viel zu hart. Das extreme Hundegebell in der Nacht hat uns nicht schlafen lassen. Sprachkenntnisse waren nicht vorhanden. Konnte nur italienisch.
