In the centre of Costa Carnara 2 km from the centre of Dolcedo, 12.5 km from the centre of Imperia, in a sunny position, traffic calmed area, 9 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. 200 m footpath to the house. Public parking 200 m. Shop 3.5 km, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bakery 3.5 km, café 3.5 km, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach "Imperia Porto Maurizio" 10 km pebble beach "Imperia Borgo Prino" 9 km, bathing lake "Lecchiore" 3.5 km. Riding stable 6 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, cycle lane 10 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Nette Leute, ohne parkplatz Pro: Die Gastgeberin ist mega nett und hilft gerne weiter,auch in Englisch. \nDer Ort selbst ist wunderschön, aber halt 1,5 km unterhalb dieses Etablissements. Contra: Die Parksituation ist unterirdisch, selbst für Einheimische, die Einrichtung und das Haus nie Renoviert.

Schöne Lage und freundliche Vermieterin. Die Einrichtung ist allerdings in die Jahre gekommen, Sitzauflagen und ein neuer Sonnenschirm könnten auch nicht schaden. Feste Moskitonetze vor Tür und Fenster im Schlafzimmer wären hilfreich gewesen.

Absolut empfehlenswert wenn man eine ruhige und authentische Unterkunft sucht. Marisa und ihre Tochter waren sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die Lage ist ein Traum, das Apt. einfach aber charmant und hat alles, was man braucht. Jederzeit wieder!

Soggiorno molto rilassante e tranquillo per il silenzio . Pro: Per me il balcone era la cosa di cui mi sono innamorata era rilassante e alla sera vedevi un bellissimo cielo stellato, cosa che in città con tutte le luci non apprezzeresti la vista . Contra: L'unica cosa ma da il mio punto vista mi ha dato fastidio dei moscerini microscopici che mi hanno dato irritazione , forse perché io sono allergica .

Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sehr schön.Einziges Manko die Parkmöglichkeiten waren sehr rahr. Ansonsten Top.

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sehr schön, wer kein Problem mit dem antiken Stil hat. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und hat sprichwörtlich seine Ruhe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zwar rahr aber vorhanden in Imperia. Das einzigste was negativ ist das nicht direkt an der FW genügend Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Man muss tatsächlich zeitig wieder vom Strand, Ausflügen etc. zurück sein das man noch ein Parkplatz bekommt. Ansonsten Top und reicht vollkommen.

Sympathische, kostengünstige Wohnung - einfach ausgestattet - funktionell. Die Wohnung liegt sehr typisch für die Gegend inmitten eines Dörfchens mit kleinen, verwunschenen und verwundenen Gassen. Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet, uns hat es jedoch an nichts gefehlt. Parkplatzsituation ist zeitweise (abends) schwierig. Gute fahrtechnische Fähigkeiten sind von Vorteil... ;-) Günstige, gute Wohnung mit netten und unproblematischen Vermietern für Individualisten!
