10 m a.s.l. >>Imperia lies on the "Riviera di Ponente" (west of Genoa). It consists of two distinct parts: Oneglia and Porto Maurizio. San Remo with its elegant shops and the Casino is 21 km away. Montecarlo 72 km. Nice airport 92 km. Genoa airport 110 km. Good transport connections. The Impero valley, north of Oneglia is covered in olive groves. Palms, magnolia trees, carnations and rose fields, parks. Lots of entertainment facilities. Nautical school, small tourist harbour, riding, tennis, minigolf, swimming pool, lido, water skiing. Well-known town. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick vom Balkon, mitten in der Stadt mit viel Grün- u. Privatgärten im Umfeld. Die Villa im typischen Baustil mit vielen schönen Details ist nach Süden orientiert u. hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es fehlte an nichts, die Ausstattung gepflegt u. qualitätvoll. Der Vermieter sehr nett u. hilfsbereit. Für die Parkplatzsuche in der Nähe des Hauses braucht man etwas Geduld. Eine wunderbare Woche! Gerne Wieder! Grazie!

Stan obiektu zgodny z opisem, życzliwi i pomocni właściciele, wyposażenie mieszkania, jak dla nas, wystarczające (akcesoria kuchenne, lodówka, pralka). Jedyna zdecydowana niedogodność to brak klimatyzacji i jednocześnie brak moskitier w oknach. Przy tak wysokich temperaturach ciężko się funkcjonuje, szczególnie przy zamkniętych oknach a ich nie dało się otworzyć np. w nocy, bo wpadało masę komarów i innych insektów i dzieci były bardzo pogryzione. Dużo schodów -wiec nie dla osób starszych.

Schönes Appartem., einfach, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sogar Fön und Waschmasch. Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles war sauber! Der Hausverwalter... hat uns herzlich empfangen und war per WhatsApp immer ansprechbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Umgebung ist abends/nachts ruhig, leider manchmal von knatternden Vespas unterbrochen (v.a. am Wochenende). Bäckereien u. 2 kleine Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, vielenDank!

Veramente siamo stati come se fosemo a casa nostra, pulito, tutto ben organizzato, spiagge vicine, bar, super mercati, negozi.. Tutto. però la cosa migliore stato la gentilezza dei proprietari di casa... Vi consiglio se dovreste fare un soggiorno ad Imperia.. Prenotate su questo alloggio.... Ottimo
