Large, historical residence "Mareo", 3 storeys. In the centre of Laigueglia 4 km from the centre of Alassio, 10 km from the centre of Cervo, in a central, sunny position, 30 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. In the house: lift. 50 m footpath to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 200 m, bar 50 m, bakery 100 m, café, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Laigueglia" 700 m, sandy beach 30 m. Nearby attractions: Acqua Park Le Carravelle 15 km. Please note: car not advisable.

Perfetta posizione ma con solo spiagge private senza convenzioni nei dintorni!Appartamento molto piccolo! È una camera da letto mansardata con angolo cottura!Non c’è nè lavastoviglie nè lavatrice!Ci sono due piccole finestre: una in bagno ed una nella camera, questa è popolata da un gabbiano e quindi non si può aprire se come noi c’è qualcuno terrorizzato dai volatili(bisognerebbe avvertire).Wi-Fi e tv non funzionanti.Aria condiz.ok.20su10voto alla Sig.ra che ci ha accolto e dato le chiavi!TOP!!
