Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Open walk-through room with 1 fold-away bed (80 cm), shower/bidet/WC. Open kitchen (4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Gas heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the valley, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: iron, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Bed layout is flexible. Beautiful, rustic 2-family house "Le Volte & Terrazzo". In the centre Pietrabruna, 10 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 15 km from the centre of Imperia, traffic calmed area, 9.5 km from the sea. 100 m steep footpath to the house. Public parking 100 m. Shop 200 m, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 10 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Ich würde sagen ... Schele G.

Ich würde sagen eine Ferienunterkunft die in die Jahre gekommen ist. Zuerst mal sind es keine 2 Schlafzimmer, es ist ein Schlafzimmer ein Gemeinschaftsraum mit offener Küche in dem eine ausklappbare Cautsch steht und ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen. Im Nebenraum von wo man in die Dusche kommt steht noch ein fahrbares Bett zum ausklappen. Das Bad ist OK. Die Küche kann man lassen bis auf den Gasherd an dem nur eine Brennstelle funktioniert. An einigen Stellen blättert die Wandfarbe ab. Bettwäsche und Handtuchwechsel gab es auch nicht wie in der Anzeige angegeben. Die Angabe der 80 m2 würde ich sagen sind auch nicht korekt auser man zählt den Balkon noch mit dazu. Das einzige was schön war war der Ausblick vom Balkon. Diese Ferienunterkunft kann ich nicht weiterempfenen da hatten wir schon weit aus bessere und schönere in Ligurien.

Alles super soweit! Kleines Bergdorf, sehr schön und einfach. Neu waren für mich Kleinigkeiten..., habe z. Bsp.. keine Schere gefunden und tatsächlich gab es Geschirr und Besteck für genau 4 Personen... Es war toll, allerdings ohen Klimas oder Ventilator wurde es auch nachts manchmal sehr heiß... Insgesamt gibts aber nichts zu meckern, wir haben uns sau wohl gefühlt!

Génial, mer à 10 km, de belles balades

eine schöne grosse Wohnung, schön kühl und sparsam möbliert. Alles da, was man braucht. Nachbarschaft ist nah, aber wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre. Italienisches Leben wird mitgeliefert, italienische Lautstärke auch. Wundervolles Bergdorf, sehr alt, sehr lebendig. Viele Blumen überall, überall Naturstein-Terrassenmauern. Schmale, kurvenreiche Zufahrt.

Am meisten das Dorf Pietrabruna selbst, auch die Bewohner. Unsere Wohnung war schön gross kühl, und angenehm sparsam eingerichtet. Alles, was wir brauchten, war da oder ließ sich leicht besorgen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war familiär, wir kannten schon den grössten Teil der Familie, bevor wir am letzten Tag unseren Vermieter kennenlernten.

Nur das Bad und das Schlafzimmer hat eine Tür.,ein Bett ist ein Gästebett, der Sonnenschirm war kaputt.Die Terasse ist super schön..Die Aussicht ist herrlich!!.Das Haus ist halt alt und seeehr eifach ausgestattet.Der idyllische Ort ist traumhaft.Ruhig ist es erst ab 13 Uhr.Die Leute arbeiten vormittags und zwar gut hörbar.Für eine Familie mit Teenagern nicht geeignet.
