Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Terrace, small garden. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: private entrance.

Comfortable, luxurious villa "Julia Augusta", 4 storeys, renovated in 2024. In the centre of Bussana 1 km from the centre of Arma di Taggia, 3 km from the centre of Sanremo, 6 km from the centre of Riva Ligure, in a sunny position, 30 m from the sea, road to cross. Public parking 100 m. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar 50 m, bicycle rental 200 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach 30 m. Cycle lane 200 m. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Location Description Sanremo

Well known resort on the western Riviera, Sanremo is a small lively city with its famous Casino – The Ariston theatre – where the popular music festival takes place every February. There is a picturesque tourist harbor and a nice sand and rocky beach. Sanremo is an ideal base for excursions to the surrounding villages on the hills (San Romolo) or to Montecarlo and the Cote d'Azur. Well-known town with 55'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 20 km west from Imperia, 15 km east from Ventimiglia, 40 km east from Montecarlo. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, casino, museum, cinema. Access: railway station in the resort.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa due volte in un mese. Tutto è stato meglio di quanto potessimo sperare, non volevamo più andarcene. Gli appartamenti sono ben progettati: prima eravamo al terzo piano e poi al piano terra. Ogni appartamento è unico, con una ristrutturazione impeccabile e dotato di tutto il necessario.
