Very cosy single-family house. 1 km from the centre of Sanremo, 12 km from the centre of Bordighera, 9 km from the centre of Riva Ligure, in a secluded position, 1.5 km from the sea. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Grocery 1.2 km, supermarket 1.5 km, shopping centre 1 km, bar 1 km, café 1 km, bicycle rental 1.2 km, bus stop 650 m, sandy beach 1.5 km. Cycle lane 1.3 km. Nearby attractions: Teatro Ariston 1.3 km, Villa Ormond 750 m, Piazza Bresca 1.8 km. Please note: car recommended.

Location Description Sanremo

Well known resort on the western Riviera, Sanremo is a small lively city with its famous Casino – The Ariston theatre – where the popular music festival takes place every February. There is a picturesque tourist harbor and a nice sand and rocky beach. Sanremo is an ideal base for excursions to the surrounding villages on the hills (San Romolo) or to Montecarlo and the Cote d'Azur. Well-known town with 55'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 20 km west from Imperia, 15 km east from Ventimiglia, 40 km east from Montecarlo. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, casino, museum, cinema. Access: railway station in the resort.

Allgemein ist die Unterkunft ok Doch fehlt eine ehrliche Wegbeschreibung Vom Haus geht es richtig steil über Eine Ziegelsteintreppe Aufwärts und Abwärts Der Zugang ist etwa 150 Meter, egal was man macht es ist anstrengend Das wäre in der Beschreibung erwähnenswert Die 60 Quadratmeter sind auch nicht richtig Mit der Terrasse stimmt es, diese ist 20 groß Daher keine Topbewrtung Empfehlen kann ich die Unterkunft nicht
