Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). View of the sea and the port. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance. Rooftop pool for shared use from 15.06-15.09 depth 120cm and 18x7m.

In the district of Aregai 2 km from the centre of Santo Stefano al Mare, 2.5 km from the centre of Riva Ligure, 13 km from the centre of San Remo, in a busy, sunny position, 100 m from the sea. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Shop 1.3 km, supermarket 3.3 km, restaurant, bar, bakery 200 m, bus stop 1.6 km, railway station "Arma di Taggia" 7 km, sandy beach "Marina di Aregai/Aregai di Cipressa" 300 m, diving center 200 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Marina 50 m, golf course (18 hole) 16 km, sailing school 50 m, cycle lane 100 m.

Location Description Santo Stefano al Mare

Nice, small resort on the Riviera des Fleurs, located between Imperia, 10km and San Remo 15km. Nice quai-side walk and reformed beach. Historic centre, numerous shops and boutiques. New sailing harbour, the most modern of the Riviera, 500m. Good starting pointfor excursions, e.g. Arma di Taggia, 8km, Cirpessa, 5km, Imperia and to neighbouring France.

Sehr schön gelegene ... Mathias R.

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mitten im Hafen mit toller Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist mit der riesigen Terrasse zusammen die angegebenen 75qm groß. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sehr sauber. Wir waren überrascht wie ruhig es im Hafen ist- toll. Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre vielleicht zu empfehlen, dann muss nicht jeden Tag der Geschirrspüler angemacht werden. Reingungstabs, Spühlmittel und Handseife bringt man am besten selbst mit. Wir haben hier 2 tolle Wochen verbracht und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin Romina war immer erreichbar, super freundlich und nett- das sind hier im Ort übrigens alle. Im Ort gab es fast nur einheimische Touristen- das fanden wir auch toll. Von der Wohnung läuft man etwa 12-15 min bis zur Dorfmitte. Parken kann man auf dem Hafengelände- vom Vermieter bekommt man eine Parkkarte und so ist das Parken auch kostenlos. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind aber nicht gleich um die Ecke. Im Ort gibt es die beste Gelateria Italiens - unsere Meinung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Es war sehr ruhig in der Anlage. Die Aussicht sehr schön. Zum Bäcker geringe Entfernung.
