Cosy apartment block, 3 storeys. In the centre of Santo Stefano al Mare 2 km from the centre of Riva Ligure, 4 km from the centre of Arma di Taggia, 8 km from the centre of Sanremo, in a central, sunny position, 30 m from the sea. Stepped path (60 steps) to the house. Public parking 200 m on the road. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 50 m, restaurant 100 m, bar 50 m, bicycle rental 100 m, bus stop, railway station "Taggia" 4 km, sandy beach 100 m. Cycle lane 200 m. Please note: no lift. Suitable for families. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Location Description Santo Stefano al Mare

Nice, small resort on the Riviera des Fleurs, located between Imperia, 10km and San Remo 15km. Nice quai-side walk and reformed beach. Historic centre, numerous shops and boutiques. New sailing harbour, the most modern of the Riviera, 500m. Good starting pointfor excursions, e.g. Arma di Taggia, 8km, Cirpessa, 5km, Imperia and to neighbouring France.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem 3-stöckigen Haus im obersten Stockwerk direkt an der Kirche und am Meer. Nur die Straße führt vor dem Haus vorbei. Aus jedem Zimmer hat man einen tollen Meerblick. Leider war die Einweisung bzgl. Müll und WLAN nicht sehr zielführend, auch besteht kaum eine Möglichkeit, einen Kinderwagen oder Fahrräder sicher und geschützt abzustellen. Freie Parkplätze sind am Straßenrand in ca. 500m Entfernung vorhanden, aber nicht immer verfügbar.
