Upper floor: walk-through room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/bidet/WC. 1 double bedroom. Gas heating. Heating available only from 01.11. to 30.04. Beautiful view of the sea. Very cosy apartment block "Le Gorgonie Villa Botti". In the centre of Latte Ventimiglia 6 km from the centre of Bordighera, 8 km from the centre of Menton France, 4 km from the centre of Ventimiglia, 50 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. For shared use: park (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (16 x 8 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 31.Aug. pool opening hours: 09:00-12:30 and 15:30-19:30). Outdoor shower. 200 m long narrow motor access to the house. Width of access road: 200 cm. Public parking 50 m on the road. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 300 m, bar 200 m, bakery 400 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Ventimiglia" 4 km, sandy beach 800 m pebble beach 50 m. Location Description Ventimiglia

Ventimiglia, the first town on the Italian Floral-Riviera, lies between San Remo and Monte Carlo, 9 km from the French border. Sand and shingle beach and a lovely botanical garden. Numerous cafés, restaurants. Tennis, swimming pool, boat hire, water skiing. Town with 50'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 130 km west from Genova. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Emplacement difficile à trouver, avec les indications donnés. Pas de contacte après 19h,clé dans une boîte pas de code, stress quand ont ne sait pas comment rentrée dans l'appartement sans rien casser. Suite à de nombreux appels code donnés à 21h

Un appartement dans un cadre idilique sauf l'accès qui est compliqué et très étroit pour les voitures (véhicules larges s'abstenir). Il manque le lave linge et le micro-onde qui sont essentiels pour des longs sejours. Difficulté à communiquer à cause de la langue pour l'aquisition des clés.... Notre séjour, nous a été très agréable...

Sauberkeit, Nähe zum Meer, Bad; Zufahrt zu eng für größeres Auto, wenige Gläser, Tassen, Besteck; Ameisenplage, 2. Bett steht im Gang ohne Fenster, Deckenhöhe keine 2 m, zu warm im Haus, nicht zu empfehlen...

Zu teuer, nur mit kleinem PKW Marion K.

Bei der Ankunft war die Schlüsselübergabe schwierig, denn das Personal konnte weder deutsch noch englisch sprechen. So erfuhren wir erst während des Aufenthalts per WhatsApp was wir alles falsch gemacht haben und wie wir es zu tun haben (parken, Müll entsorgen). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber nur hatten wir leider eine Ameisenplage aus der Nachbarwohnung, Die Ameisen kamen durch die Zwischentüre der beiden Wohnungen. Die Küche ist mit sehr vielen zusammengetragen Tellern, 3 Gläsern, 4 Tassen und...
