Location Description Ventimiglia

Ventimiglia, the first town on the Italian Floral-Riviera, lies between San Remo and Monte Carlo, 9 km from the French border. Sand and shingle beach and a lovely botanical garden. Numerous cafés, restaurants. Tennis, swimming pool, boat hire, water skiing. Town with 50'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 130 km west from Genova. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Die Lage ist topp! Die Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt und wunderschön! Die Nähe zum Meer super!Terasse ist schön! Die Wohnung in mäßigen Zustand. Die Schlafcouch uralt und mit mangelhafter Matratze. Die verdreckten Kissenüberzüge der Rattan Sessel müssten dringend mal gewaschen werden, Der Grill auf der Terrasse nicht benutzbar. Der Herd in der Küche hat 2 Flammen, die nicht gut bis gar nicht funktionieren.W-LAN zwar theoretisch vorhanden,funktioniert aber nicht!Der Duschkopf braucht Reparatur!

Die Lage war toll. Das WLAN leider defekt und die Zufahrt zum Haus extrem gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr ganz ohne Mängel. Die Busstation existiert nicht mehr.

Great little hideaway in a secluded area with private parking. Driving distance to all the port cities to include Monaco, Nice, Sanremo. Walking distance to little supermarket Conad in Latte and pizzeria Passione. Pros: Land lady Angela was super nice. We drove from Germany and traffic in Switzerland was horrible. We ended up 5 hours behind schedule. She was so nice and met us without hesitation. Excellent location, extremely peaceful (except see below) Beautiful scenery Full house with bathroom, beds, kitchen and living room Beautiful yard and patio for relaxing Private garage in secure parking Gated community TV, WIFI, remote for gates. Espresso Maker, regular coffee pot, pots, pans, kitchen dishes. AC in main bedroom. Cons: Bathroom was unclean, smelled like urine. The floor of the toilet had not been cleaned. The sink faucet was nasty and if I was a bidet user I would have been mad. For the cost per night and how it's consistently booked, spend a few extra dollars and get a new shower head and maybe a curtain for the non European people that get water allover when they try and shower. Throw the old shower mat out. The ledge to the window was filthy and it seemed like the rest of the bathroom was just wiped down not cleaned or sanitized. (COVID) ? No dishwasher detergent Had to go buy toilet paper. Sponge left in sink was disgusting No towels in kitchen, had to purchase extra to be able to wash the dishes which had to be rewashed before use. Bring a pillow if you like soft ones these were bricks. Not sure how often the bed spread is washed, but it smelled like dirty arm pits and feet. AC was on constantly and made the room fridged at night. Things we couldn't change: Train tracks, but wasn't a big deal or overly obnoxious. Two or more morning doves that were constant cooing which made the train sound like a sleeping baby. Homeless lady hanging out on path to water. I dont want to sound like I'm tearing the place up, but cost per night, per person, cost for towels, electricity and so on and so forth, a little extra attention to detail, a few dollars to update and clean, would really make this place much better.

Das Anwesen und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und schön. Auch der Ausblick und schnelle Zugang zum Meer sind perfekt. Nicht schön war, dass die Küche nicht sauber war und das Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster ist. Ich empfand die Unterkunft unpassend für Kinder: es waren viele Rentner vor Ort, die um Ruhe baten und man durfte den Rasen nicht betreten. Am Pool durften die Kinder auch nicht spielen und mussten leise sein. Das ist verständlich, aber darauf hätte man auf der Internetseite hinweisen müssen
