Motor access to the house. Stepped path (5 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 400 m, supermarket 3 km, bar 500 m, bakery 400 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Ventimiglia" 3 km, sandy beach "Calandre" 600 m pebble beach 500 m. Nearby attractions: Hanbury Garden 5 km, Balzi Rossi 8 km, Sanremo 20 km, Mentone 3 km. Please note: car recommended.

Location Description Ventimiglia

Ventimiglia, the first town on the Italian Floral-Riviera, lies between San Remo and Monte Carlo, 9 km from the French border. Sand and shingle beach and a lovely botanical garden. Numerous cafés, restaurants. Tennis, swimming pool, boat hire, water skiing. Town with 50'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 130 km west from Genova. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Toller Blick vom Balkon. Leider fehlt eine Spülmaschine und der Schimmel in der Dusche trübte den sonst guten Eindruck

Wunderbare Terrasse, Studio ist zweckmässig und stilvoll eingerichtet, etwas schmales Bett, dafür gute Matratze. Support für selbstständiges Einchecken sehr klar und bei Problemen mit Stromausfall kamen die brauchbaren Ratschläge sehr prompt. Die Einfahrt mit dem Auto ist recht steil, der vorgesehene Parkplatz ist nicht angeschrieben, den mussten wir von einem anderen Besitzer erfragen.

Leider wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes gerade das nachbarapartement renoviert, baulärm von morgens 7 Uhr bis abends 19 30 Uhr teilweise sehr nervig, wir waren tagsüber meistens unterwegs, hätten aber gerne länger geschlafen

Unser Team wurde leider ebenfalls nicht über die Arbeiten informiert, aber wir möchten klarstellen, dass die Arbeiten definitiv abgeschlossen sind. Zukünftige Aufenthalte sollten von solchem Lärm ungestört sein. Wir hoffen, Sie geben uns die Gelegenheit, Sie erneut willkommen zu heißen.

Das appartement hat alles was man braucht, leider keinen Backofen, oder Mikrowelle, super Blick von der Terrasse, Auffahrt zum Parkplatz ein bisschen abenteuerlich

Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung. Balkon ist einfach klasse mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Der Weg zum Calandre Beach definitiv weiter als in der Beschreibung angegeben, jedoch zu Fuß machbar. Strand sehr schön und naturbelassen. WLAN hat leider nicht wirklich funktioniert.

Klein aber fein ist hier das Motto. Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und funktional. Das Bett könnte breiter sein, ist aber für zwei, die sich gerne haben ok. Die Terrasse ist das Highlight mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf's Meer.

Eine wunderschöne, perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung. Alles ist neu und sauber gewesen. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Deckenventilator, weshalb die Wohnung auch ohne Klimaanlage gut auskommt. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, keinen Ofen und keine Spülmaschine. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist sagenhaft. Die Einfahrt ist sehr steil, aber auch für sportliche Autos mit etwas Vorsicht gut zu nutzen. Check in und Check out waren sehr unkompliziert, die Betreuung vor Ort sehr freundlich.
