Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (mini-oven, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating, air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating available only from 01.11. to 31.03. Terrace 18 m2. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Very comfortable apartment block "La Ville", 3 storeys. In the district of Calandre 400 m from the centre of Ventimiglia Alta, 3 km from the centre of Ventimiglia, 600 m from the sea. 50 m long steep motor access to the house. Stepped path (16 steps) to the house. Parking space n 1 on the premises. Grocery 400 m, supermarket 3 km, bar 500 m, bakery 400 m, café 500 m, bus stop "Su strada direzione Ventimiglia." 370 m, railway station "Ventimiglia" 3 km, sandy beach "Calandre" 600 m. Nearby attractions: Hanbury Garden 5 km, Balzi Rossi 8 km, Menton France 3 km.

Location Description Ventimiglia

Ventimiglia, the first town on the Italian Floral-Riviera, lies between San Remo and Monte Carlo, 9 km from the French border. Sand and shingle beach and a lovely botanical garden. Numerous cafés, restaurants. Tennis, swimming pool, boat hire, water skiing. Town with 50'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 130 km west from Genova. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Ho trascorso qualche giorno in questo appartamento, tutto molto bene, ma l'eccellenza è stato questa terrazza vista Costa Azzurra che da sola merita tutta la vacanza. Inoltre il parcheggio privato in Liguria è un vero lusso. Per finire siamo a ridosso del paese di Ventimiglia Alto, che si raggiunge con una piacevole passeggiata, ma siamo nella piu' assoluta tranquillità Veramente eccellente

Super Terrasse mit tollen Blick. Betten leider sehr unbequem. Wohnung muss selbst gereinigt werden, dass merkte man leider. Insgesamt etwas lieblos.

Ligt op het eerste oog dicht bij het strand, alleen 100 m omhoog. Complex in verouderde staat. Appartement eenvoudig maar niks mis mee. Uitzicht is top. Contact met sleutelhouder is moeizaam. Bellen met ze dat gaat niet. Ze nemen niet op. Alles gaat via sms of whatsapp. Dus een reactie krijg je pas als het hen uitkomt. Overdacht van de sleutels en uitleg over het appartement was erg slecht. 2 jongedames die er bedenkelijk uitzagen, spraken 1 of 2 woorden Engels en waren binnen 1 minuut weer weg nadat ze ons eerst in een verkeerd appartement wilden zetten.

Lejligheden har en dejlig beliggenhed i forhold til stranden og den gamle bydel, hvor findes bager, dagligvarebutikker, barer og restauranter. Udsigten er unik. I den gamle bydel findes en elevator som kan forkorte gåturen turen til den nye bydel og stranden der. Lejligheden er god til et par. Der er ikke dør til soveværelset. Beskrivelsen af Huset/Residensen i annoncen kan dog misforstås. Huset er et ejendomskompleks med 36 lejligheder(2 ejendomme) og parkeringspladsen er ikke nr. 1 men nr.11a.

Skøn panoramaudsigt og god beliggenhed med gåafstand til den gamle by hvor der er bager, mindre dagligvarebutikker, barer og restauranter samt stranden. Fra den gamle bydel en elevator som forkorter turen til nye bydel, havnen og stranden der. Der er ikke dør til soveværelset men det ligger seperat. Terrassen er rigtig dejlig. Beskrivelsen af Huset/Residensen i annoncen kan misforstås. Det er ikke et hus med 3 lejligheder. Lejligheden ligger i et ejendomskompleks med 36 lejligheder fordelt på 2 ejendomme med hver 18 lejligheder.

Unglaublich schöne Aussicht. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Leider war es im Bad sehr kalt. Die Heizung ließ sich nicht betätigen. Trotzdem können wir zu wärmeren Zeiten die Wohnung empfehlen
