In the centre of Ville san Pietro 15 km from the centre of Pontedassio, 23 km from the centre of Imperia, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, 23 km from the sea, 7 km from the river. Private: terraced garden, 200 m2 (fenced). 50 m footpath to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road. Grocery 8 km, supermarket 18 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Imperia" 23 km. Please note: car recommended.

10 m a.s.l. >>Imperia lies on the "Riviera di Ponente" (west of Genoa). It consists of two distinct parts: Oneglia and Porto Maurizio. San Remo with its elegant shops and the Casino is 21 km away. Montecarlo 72 km. Nice airport 92 km. Genoa airport 110 km. Good transport connections. The Impero valley, north of Oneglia is covered in olive groves. Palms, magnolia trees, carnations and rose fields, parks. Lots of entertainment facilities. Nautical school, small tourist harbour, riding, tennis, minigolf, swimming pool, lido, water skiing. Well-known town. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Schön und doch rustikal Sandy G.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr abseits von Imperia,die besagten 23 km zum Meer ziehen sich über die Serpentin Straßen ganz schön so das man 30-40 min benötigt um in der Stadt zu landen. Der Ort selber liegt sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Haus war funktional eingerichtet nach längerem suchen hat man alles gefunden. Leider müssen die Vorgänger dort etwas sehr intensives gekocht haben der Geruch in dem Haus war sehr unangenehm. Für die Hunde optimal diese konnten sich im Garten frei bewegen. W-lan vorhanden.

Das Haus ist sehr nett eingerichtet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus ist wunderschön! Es war alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt, nur die in der Ausschreibung angegebene Spülmaschine leider nicht. Das WLAN hat nach Kontakt mit dem Vermieter gut funktioniert! Insgesamt haben wir einen sehr entspannten Urlaub it unserem Hund verbracht!

Schönes Haus in einem kleinen Dorf, abseits der Touristenpfade. Hier hat man absolute Ruhe. Allerdings hat man keinen eigenen Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hauses und die WLAN Verbindung funktionierte leider nicht.

Entspannung im Hinterland von ImperiaMichael D.

Wir zwei haben hier sehr entspannte Tage mit unserem Vierbeiner verbracht. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt. Vollständige Küchenausstattung und sehr geräumig. Sogar ein separates Fernsehzimmer. Auch die Anfahrt den Berg hoch zum Ein- und Ausladen war möglich. Schöne Garten- und Terrassenanlage. Kein WLAN wie angegeben. Im Ort und in der näheren Umgebung sind nur Wohnhäuser. Für Einkauf und Gastronomie also etwas fahren. Wir würden hier wiederkommen.
