San Michele di Moriano: Very beautiful country house "Le Fornaci", surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 8 apartments in the residence. 500 m from the centre of San Michele di Moriano, on the outskirts, 4.5 km from the centre of Ponte a Moriano, 9 km from the centre of Lucca, in a quiet, sunny position, 35 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 700 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with plants and trees, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 100 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 11.May. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 08:00-20:00). Table tennis, boccia, garden furniture. Location Description Lucca

Town with long history and rich artifacts which have been marvellously retained. One can find features of the old Roman settlement in her streets as well as from medieval and Renaissance times. A trip around the historic town centre becomes an exciting journey through time. The imposing walls from the 16th and 17th centuries and the oval market place in a former amphitheatre are characteristic, but also the lively atmosphere. There are several splendid manor houses in the surrounding hills. Well-known, historical town with 80'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 20 km from the sea, in the plane, in a convenient position, 25 km north-east from Pisa, 72 km west from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Thermal bath oder hot springs at 18 km.

Wifi heel slecht: geen enkele stoel op het terras die lekker zat. Contra: Geen ontvangst door een host, we hebben zelfs naar NL moeten bellen om te vragen hoe het daar werkte. Het bleek dat er een sleutel in een deur zat, daarna kwam een mijnheer die alleen Italiaans tegen ons sprak, rare aankomst.ook zaten er buren naast ons die je letterlijk\nKon horen,schuiven met de stoelen, doortrekken van het toilet. En het internet/ wifi was belabberd.\n
