Very modern, beautiful house "Glicine", semi-detached. 3 km from the centre of Lucca, residential area (villas), 25 km from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower. Private: garden (fenced) with flowers. Garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 5 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 100 m.

Location Description Lucca

Town with long history and rich artifacts which have been marvellously retained. One can find features of the old Roman settlement in her streets as well as from medieval and Renaissance times. A trip around the historic town centre becomes an exciting journey through time. The imposing walls from the 16th and 17th centuries and the oval market place in a former amphitheatre are characteristic, but also the lively atmosphere. There are several splendid manor houses in the surrounding hills. Well-known, historical town with 80'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 20 km from the sea, in the plane, in a convenient position, 25 km north-east from Pisa, 72 km west from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Thermal bath oder hot springs at 18 km.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit frisse, schone vakantiehuis. Fijne bedden, fris beddengoed en genoeg ruimte met drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Mooie ligging dicht bij Lucca, Pisa en Florence (goed bereikbaar met de trein). Ook een uitstapje naar Cinque Terre gedaan. Ons zoontje van 10 heeft zelfs eind april al gezwommen in het mooie zwembad! We hebben genoten en raden het zeker aan. Misschien komen we nog eens terug!

In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Der Garten und auch der Poolbereich war sehr schön. Da der Besitzer (der nebenan wohnt) kaum zuhause war hatten wir den Poll weitestgehend für uns alleine. Die Anbindung an Lucca uns Pisa ist unkompliziert und schnell. Wohnung war sauber und die Betten waren bereits bezogen bei Ankunft. Ein Vorteil war natürlich auch die Waschmaschine. Der Vermieter ist super nett!

Logement bien représentatif des photos . Aucune déception . La maison est au calme et proche de Lucca et des commerces . L extérieur avec sa terrasse , barbecue et une tres belle piscine , nous ont ravi . De très belles vacances et beaucoup de choses à découvrir aux alentours . Un beau logement bien décoré et contemporain .

Das Haus ist innen wunderbar renoviert, die Schlafzimmer sind schön groß, die Bäder angenehm hell durch Oberlichter und der Garten ist herrlich entspannend. Viele kleine Details machen das Haus zu einem richtigen Zuhause im Urlaub und etliche nützliche Dinge in der Küche sind schon vorhanden. Für Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa, Florenz, Viareggio und Livorno liegt das Haus sehr günstig. Wir fanden es toll und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

sehr aufwendig renoviertes Haus. Sehr ruhige Lage. Von den Besitzern die nebenan wohnen bekommt man nichts mit. Pool sieht schön aus, wurde aber von uns nicht genutzt, da wir im Winter dort waren. WLAN reichte zum Streamen
