Rustic house "I Sei Filari", built in 2022. 1.5 km from the centre of Castelvecchio di Compito, 17 km from the centre of Lucca, 28 km from the centre of Pisa, 40 km from the sea. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced), garden 150 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, meadow, swimming pool (above ground) (6 x 8 m, depth 110 - 110 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 04.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace (150 m2), garden furniture. In the house: sauna (extra). Hot tub (extra). Relaxation room, spa area (extra). Cook on request (extra). 950 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 1.4 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 800 m, sandy beach 40 km. Nearby attractions: Collodi (Pinocchio Park) 23 km, Montecatini Terme 27 km, San Giuliano Terme 23 km, Firenze 70 km, Viareggio 41 km, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 101 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Massaciuccoli 41 km, Torre del Lago 43 km. Hiking paths: Levigliani Antro del Corchia Park 67 km. Please note: car recommended. Location Description Lucca

Town with long history and rich artifacts which have been marvellously retained. One can find features of the old Roman settlement in her streets as well as from medieval and Renaissance times. A trip around the historic town centre becomes an exciting journey through time. The imposing walls from the 16th and 17th centuries and the oval market place in a former amphitheatre are characteristic, but also the lively atmosphere. There are several splendid manor houses in the surrounding hills. Well-known, historical town with 80'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 20 km from the sea, in the plane, in a convenient position, 25 km north-east from Pisa, 72 km west from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Thermal bath oder hot springs at 18 km.

Pietro ist ein super lieber Gastgeber. Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen Nähe Lucca und sehr romantisch und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Sehr schmutzige Liegenschaft (Liegenschaft war nicht gereinigt, Endreinigung Fehlanzeige) und die Möbel/Inventar (Schimmel im Küchenschrank, Ofen und Geschirr sehr unappetitlich eklig)) waren in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Der Garten war eine Schutthalde (kaputte Glasflaschen, ausrangierte Toilette, Bauschutt und Müll) und ist für Leute mit Hunden oder Kindern nicht zumutbar. Aussendusche war nicht vorhanden! Der Vermieter nicht einsichtig und äusserst aggressiv und beleidigend.

Es ist bedauerlich, dass während Ihres Aufenthaltes keine Meldung von Unzufriedenheit an die Kollegen vor Ort gerichtet wurde. Umgehend wird stets reagiert, und auf gemeldete Punkte eingegangen. Die Möbel und das Inventar wurden vor Ihrem Aufenthalt kontrolliert sowie gründlich gereinigt. Wir können bestätigen, dass kein Schimmel präsent ist. Alle Küchengeräte inklusive des Geschirrs sind in einem komplett hygienischen Zustand. Der Garten ist gepflegt und aufgeräumt. Unsere lokale Kontaktperson ist sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht sich stets, auf Anmerkungen jedes Gastes einzugehen. Wir bedanken und für die Kommentare zu Ihrem Aufenthalt mit uns.

Eine Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Erholungsurlaub für die Familie. Das Grundstück ist riesig und komplett umzäunt, somit optimal für Hundehalter. Der Gastgeber P. ist sehr entgegenkommend. Hatte immer wieder ein kleines Geschenk für unsere Kleine dabei. Obst und Gemüse so weit das Auge reicht. Spa-Bereich im Untergeschoss mit Sauna, Pool und Ruheraum ist nur zu Empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder. (Weiter Unterkunft für 10-14 Personen können bei ihm auch angefragt werden)
