For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Private: garden (fenced) with lawn and flowers. 100 m long narrow motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, sandy beach "Giannella" 7 km. Marina 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, riding stable 20 km, walking paths from the house 850 m. Nearby attractions: Porto Ercole 14 km, Orbetello 12 km, Feniglia 24 km, Capalbio 37 km, Talamone 27 km. Hiking paths: Oasi WWF Naturale di Orbetello 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Posizione davvero molto suggestiva con una splendida vista su Porto Santo Stefano. La casa si trova all'interno di un piccolo residence con vicini molto cordiali. Si tratta di un abitazione estremamente comoda, e perfetta per 8 persone, avendo 4 camere e due bagni. Nel nostro caso, un gruppo composto da due famiglie e amici di vecchia data, è stata una sistemazione perfetta. L'Argentario è bellissimo, e indicato particolarmente per chi ama il mare e non si accontenta di spiagge sabbiose.
