Beautiful large working farm "Salustri", surrounded by fields. 5 houses in the resort. 10 km from the centre of Cinigiano, in a quiet, elevated position, 51 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: beautiful garden to relax, indoor pool heated (6 x 10 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Nov.). WC in the pool area, shower/WC in the pool area, terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: reception, sun terrace, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 10 km, restaurant 3 km, sandy beach 50 km. Riding stable 11 km. 300 m a.s.l. >>Village in the hills which fall from Monte Amiata into the Ombrone valley, surrounded by wide countryside characterized by fields and vineyards. The red wine Montecucco DOC is cultivated here, which has meanwhile made a good name for itself. Village with 2'700 inhabitants 40 km from the sea, on top of a hill with beautiful view, 35 km north-east from Grosseto, 65 km south from Siena. In the resort: shops, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, folklore evenings, museum. Besides: pharmacy.

Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist hier genau richtig. Der überdachte Pool war mit kleinen Kindern einfach perfekt, man war nicht der prallen Sonne ausgesetzt. Anwesen top gepflegt mit einer traumhaften Aussicht.

wir hatten die große Wohnung mit jeweils zwei Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet und wir lieben den Charakter der Möbel. Im Oktober reisend habe ich den beheizten Pool genossen. Die Besitzer sind freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Aussicht auf der Terrasse unbeschreiblich. Wir werden wiederkommen

Wir hatten die große Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich, etwas spartanisch eingerichtet, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich. Die Aussicht an der Terrasse wunderbar. Auch das Schwimmbad (beheizt) Anfang Oktober zu nutzen, war sehr schön. Auch hier alles tip, top. Ich empfehle das Quartier unbedingt weiter. Es gibt eine große Dachterrasse, die wir aber wetterbedingt nicht genutzt haben. Kaffemaschine vorhanden.
