Wir sind noch immer begeistert von der wunderschönen Lage des Ferienhauses, vom Pool mit Meerblick und dem ganzen Anwesen rundum dem Ferienhaus "Fontanarosa" Die Wohnung ist auf einer Etage perfekt aufgeteilt. Wir konnten das 2. Schlafzimmer, als Ankleidezimmer umfunktionieren. Die "fürstliche" überdachte Terrasse mit Bogenfenster und einmaligen Meerblick haben wir regelmäßig zum Frühstück und in den Abendstunden genossen.

Udsigten er til et rent 10-tal. Men huset levede ikke op til forventningerne. Porcelæn og borde var fedtede. Vi startede med at rengøre det vi skulle bruge. Der var skimmelsvamp flere steder på væggene og der lugtede indelukket. Beskrivelsen og billederne af huset er slet ikke i overensstemmelse med de faktiske forhold. Der skulle være en udtræksseng i et af værelserne. Den er erstattet med en fuldstændig ubrugelig knirkende seng, der er ved af falde fra hinanden. Der mangler generelt hynder.

Leider war die Unterkunft in keiner Weise gepflegt oder sauber und hat kaum Qualität, vieles muss umgetauscht werden. Lage und Landschaft waren spitze.

The house has a beautiful view over the Mediterranean, but the state of maintenance and utilities is very poor. When opening a kitchen cupboard a strong musty smell came out. Two of the baking pans were covered with mold, only 2 kitchen knives of which both the point was broken of, no dishcloth or kitchen towel, nothing to clean with, bbq was not there, one of the aicons not working, wallsocket in kitchen was loose, crappy and way to small water cooker. Etc. The house needs love and care.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar gelegen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen super Blick auf das Meer. Die Anfahrt ist -wenn kein Gegenverkehr kommt...- kein Problem. Allerdings hat die Wohnung sehr muffig gerochen, vor allem in den Küchenschränken. Da es keine Spülmaschine gibt, waren noch dreckige Teller und Töpfe im Schrank, ein No go. Das muss vor der Anreise kontrolliert werden. Das heiße Wasser und Licht im Esszimmer funktionierte schlecht, da hat die Verwandtschaft der Eigentümerin geholfen.

De locatie is prachtig. De eigenaars zeer behulpzaam en hele lieve mensen (spreken enkel Italiaans), alsook de mensen van Interhome. Het huis op zich kan een serieuze opfrisbeurt gebruiken. De matras van het 2persoonsbed is zeer slecht. Keukengerei is aan vervanging toe. Hoog gelegen dus ‘s avonds kan het frisjes worden. De weg naar het huis is smal dus als je een auto huurt, best geen grote. Alsook in de steden rondom kan je beter een kleine auto hebben. Parking in de omliggende steden en dorpen is een RAMP! Ofwel geen parking te vinden, ofwel een heel dure parkeergarage, ofwel een onbetrouwbare parkeergarage. Best op voorhand even uitzoeken. Aanraders in de buurt zijn: Amalfi, Salerno, Sorrento. Capri is heel duur en niet zo mooi als bv Amalfi. Je wordt constant lastig gevallen door de handelaars. Algemeen een prachtige vakantie gehad. De omgeving is postkaart-waardig!

Vue magnifique sur le Golf de Naples. Super terrasse, belles chambres, salles de bain un peu vieillottes. Attention, accès difficile pour une grosse voiture ! Gens très sympas.

E war absolut Top. Ein super Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Aussicht unbezahlbar. Die Vermieter super nett. Hat fur uns und unsere Kinder mal was gebacken und gekocht. Sehr sauber. Einfach fantastich. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und der Abschied viel uns sehr schwer. Vielen Dank nochmal. GRAZIE!!!

Sehr schön gelegene, ruhiges Ferienhaus, die Aussicht entspricht tatsächlich den Bildern, traumhaft! Das Haus ist zweckmässig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Schöner Garten mit sauberem Pool. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, haben uns sogar bei später Ankunft noch Pizza gebracht! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben einen zweiwöchigen Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus punktet stark mit dem Pool, der einmalig schönen Aussicht, der großen Terasse und einem tollen Garten. Die Tage sind im Juli durchgehend sonnig, die Abende leicht windig und kühler. Wir haben dadurch gut geschlafen und brauchten die Klimaanlage nicht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und diskret. Für den Pool gibt es Extra große Handtücher. Das Haus ist sauber und bequem. Die Gegend bietet eine Fülle an Freizeitaktivitäten.
