It is in a peaceful spot and it has a large private garden with a swimming-pool for the exclusive use of guests. It is also equipped with tv, washing machine. Podere la Madonnina is about 40 km from Pisa and 90 km from Florence. The house IT5330.876.1 is approx 100 m away. Country house "Podere La Madonnina". 10 km from the sea. Propriétaire arnaqueur ! Nous avons du laisser 100€ de notre caution pour un parasol qui était déjà cassé lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Il voulait même nous garder 200€ ! Cette maison est collée à une autre maison qui était occupée par 7 jeunes qui criaient toute la nuit. Le propriétaire qui est aussi propriétaire de cette autre maison nous a répondu que ce n'était pas son problème. Aussi la maison n'avait pas d'eau chaude quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons dû les contacter afin qu'ils viennent régler le problème dans les jours qui suivent... Plus jamais nous ne mettrons les pieds dans cette maison ! Seul point positif: La dame qui s'occupe du nettoyage de la maison est vraiment très gentille.

In das ganze Objekt müsste man in eine Renovierung investieren Besonders der Pool hat es dringend nötig. Ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt . Sie haben uns bei Fragen und Problemen geholfen. Das Objekt ist sehr schwer zu finden Trotz Koordinaten. Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen oder weiterempfehlen ...

Spazioso, pulito, confortevole, piscina in ottimo stato. Ideale per famiglie numerose e gruppi di amici che vogliono godersi un po' di relax.

Wir waren mit einer ... L.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe mit Menschen mit Behinderung in der Unterkunft. Für zwei Rollator-Fahrer ist die untere Wohnung gut geeignet, für Rollstühle allerdings weniger. Man ist für sich und hat einen schönen Pool. Völlig ausreichend um ein paar Tage zu entspannen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Dame ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Wird diese hier finden! Nach Koordinaten fahren, sonst nicht zu finden! Unkomplizierter Kontakt Nächstes Dorf 3 km Cecina 25 km Sauberkeit der Räume i.O. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine auf beiden Stockwerken vorhanden. Spülmaschine nach gründlicher Reinigung i.O. Kühlschrank im Untergeschoß nach Reinigung i.O. Kaputter Schirmständer musste ersetzt werden, obwohl schon ein Riss vorhanden war. Pool i.O. Morgens kurzzeitig Klärgrubengestank. Preis Leistung i.O. Internet mangelhaft

Super accueil de Fiorella et de sa fille, merci à elles et Mauricio pour l'aide durant le séjour.... Les draps et serviettes sont fournis contrairement à ce que l'agence nous avait dit. L'endroit est calme et isolé.
