Beautiful house "Tuscania", 2 storeys, terraced, renovated in 2022. 5.5 km from the centre of Bibbona, outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of Cecina, in a sunny position, 7 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property, natural garden 300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (4 x 7 m, depth 110 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool house with shower, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop "V. Della Macchia, Aurelia" 3 km. Nearby attractions: Bolgheri 12 km, Pisa 60 km, Lucca 85 km, Firenze 120 km.

Sights Livorno 40 km, Pisa 55 km, Elba Island, Kids' club Acqua Village, Cavallino Matto.

Wir hatten eine super schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Der Pool ist super und das Haus perfekt. Sehr netter Vermieter und super organisierte Vermietung. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen.

Die Räumlichkeiten großzügig. Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet werden: eine große Salatschüssel, Töpfe und Pfannen dagegen alle doppelt, nur Espressotassen - keine Tee- oder Kaffeetassen. Helle Couch nicht sehr ansehnlich sonst Möblierung gut und Schlafzimmer neuwertig. Bäder sehr gut. Keine Wiese sondern Rasenteppich. Pool für ältere Personen schwierig im Ein- und Ausstieg. Kein Sonnenschirm am Pool. Lage an einer Kreuzung, Müllplatz an der Kreuzung - tägliche Müllabfuhr. WLAN sehr gut.

Pool für ältere Personen schwierig im Ein- und Ausstieg. Kein Sonnenschirm am Pool. Die Lage hat uns leider etwas enttäuscht. Direkt an einer Kreuzung wenn auch im Wohngebiet, Müllplatz an der Kreuzung - tägliche Müllabfuhr. Obwohl wir extra angefragt haben, ob wir die Schlüssel früher holen können, wurden wir nicht auf die lange Mittagspause hingewiesen. Wir mussten fast 1 1/2 Stunden warten bis wieder geöffnet war. Nach 9 Stunden Autofahrt nicht sehr angenehm.
