Castagneto Carducci is set in a variety of natural landscapes: sandy beaches with the pine forest at the back, the marshes are reminiscent of the old Maremma, countryside dotted with villas and farmhouses, the typical Tuscan hills and small villages with manor houses, alleys and characteristic piazzas. A wonderful landscape which streching towards the Tuscan islands.

Super Aussicht von beschattetem Balkon. Wohnung für 4 Personen optimal. Küche etwas eng, aber gut ausgestattet. Zwei Badezimmer in gutem Zustand. Zufahrt Parkfläche sehr eng, haben an Straße geparkt.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, jedoch die Wendeltreppe, die in unsere Unterkunft geführt hat, ist sehr steil und nicht besonders für Kinder oder ältere Damen und Herren geeignet. Leider gibt der Vermieter an, dass Fahrräder zur Verfügung stehen - das ist jedoch eine Farce. Es gab zwar zwei Fahrräder, aber beide wohl aus den 50-er Jahren, alt, nicht gepflegt und auf gar keinen Fall fahrtauglich, eines davon war ein Kinderfahrrad, mit welchem mein erwachsener Sohn fahren sollte. Wir hatten gerade weil Fahrräder dabei waren, diese Unterkunft gebucht und waren deshalb enttäuscht.

Casa in generale bella, posizione buona, ma bagni decisamente da rimodernare. Non è disponibile la ricarica elettrica per la macchina, contrariamente a quanto presente nell'annuncio. Condizionatori presenti ma utilizzabili solo con supplemento di prezzo
