La posizione della casa è bellissima, la spiaggia è meravigliosa, il terrazzo anche molto bello. Abbiamo avuto problemi con l'aria condizionata e per questo motivo le stanze senza finestra non si potevano utilizzare. Una delle stanze aveva la tapparella chiusa e non si poteva aprire. Nessuno è venuto a sistemarla anche se l'abbiamo segnalato il primo giorno. LA CASA NON HA PISCINA NÉ ACCESSO ALLA PISCINA DELLE FOTO! Il bagno spande acqua dal rubinetto e dal bidé.

Die Unterkunft ist in einer einigermaßen gepflegte Ferienanlage ohne Supermarkt oder Restaurant. Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer im Keller haben keine Fenster, es riecht muffig und feucht. Das andere Kellerzimmer hat keinen Schlüssel und ist von der Straße zu öffnen. Die Treppe nach oben ist eng, wackelig und laut. Tür zum Garten ist seit Monaten kaputt und extrem schwer zu schließen, Vermieter lässt es nicht reparieren. Garten ist toll und Stand traumhaft. Kontakt vor Ort sehr sympathisch.

Nachsaison Mitte Oktober 2023 1 Woche mit 4 Personen. Direkte Strandlage mit Privatzugang. Ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen im Haus und im Außenbereich. Sehr freundliche und bemühte Betreuung vor Ort. Moderne Einrichtung. Beschreibung entspricht den Verhältnissen vor Ort. Das Haus und der Außenbereich hätte bei Übergabe sauberer sein können.

Nous sommes allé en Sardaigne en mai et de manière générale il est bon de savoir que les piscines ne sont pas remplies en mai … Le logement était très bien situé pour du calme et l accès à la plage. Manque de propreté Plus de gaz en arrivant … Un escalier en colimaçon non visible sur les photos avec nos petites filles ce n était pas forcément l idéal. Très bon accueil de Roberto !

Die Angaben betreffend Klimaanlage, WLAN und Pool stimmen nicht! Klimanlage kostete 17€ anstatt 7€ Tag. WLAN Empfang nur im Hauptgebäude etwa 200m entfernt und sehr langsam. Pool nur gegen Extragebühr von 7€ pro Tag und Person benutzbar. Ein Zimmer hat sogar kein Fenster. Das fühlt sich wie eine Abstellkammer an. Zudem gibt es kein WC-Papier, kein Abwaschmittel, keinen Geschirrspültabs. Alles muss zuerst gekauft werden. Der Zugang zur Wohnetage ist nur über eine sehr enge Wendeltreppe erreichbar

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit direktem Zugang zum Meer, große Terrasse und Küche. Küchenausstattung ausreichend aber keine Kaffeemaschine und kein Siphon unter der Spüle - was zu sehr unangenehmer Geruchsbildung führt. Kommunikation mit Schlüsselhalterin nur auf italienisch möglich - am Besten über Whats App und Googleübersetzer. WLAN wäre wünschenswert gewesen, TV - keine deutschen Sender vorhanden, sehr schöner Sandstrand, nicht so überlaufen. Für Lebensmitteleinkäufe empfiehlt sich Eurospin

maison très bien située, avec tous le confort à disposition, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, de nombreuses chambres, très bien équipé, un belle terrasse. Il y a le calme absolu pour passer des vacances au repos. Petit bémol sur les odeurs de canalisations, penser à les déboucher ou les nettoyer, entre chaque passage et il n'y avait pas de WIFI et c'est dommage ! connexion internet aucune.

Hell, sauber, geräumig, großzügig ausgestattet. Direkter Zugang zum schönen Sandstrand. Große Terrasse, perfekt für gemütliches Essen und Unterhaltung. Abends live Musik und Unterhaltung in der direkten Nähe.Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
