Small, simple apartment house. In a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 3 km from the sea. Motor access to 100 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at 100 m. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 9 km, sandy beach "Li Cossi" 4 km. Nearby attractions: Isola Rossa 18 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood.

The apartment is in a great location with the most amazing views. Problems though- The bedrooms are extremely small and you can only just squeeze by the end of the bed in bedroom 1 & the bedside table lamp does not work. There is little to no water pressure at all in the shower so it is really poor. The water cylinder in the bathroom constantly drips rusty water on you as is above toilet! The toilet seat is stained brown from this! Only German TV channels available on TV - strange no Italian?

Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine Top Lage. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein, besonders das eine. Wahrscheinlich eher für Kinder gedacht, weil man nicht drum rum gehen kann. Für Erwachsene etwas schwierig. Das Bad ist neu gemacht, der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist katastrophal. Es ist kein angenehmes Duschen, das Wasser tröpfelt nur heraus. Ansonsten hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, wenn man keine Angst vor Wildschweinen hat.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Terrasse ist ein Traum, der Sonnenuntergang direkt davor! Ein Ort um zu entspannen, und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wir hatten 2 Katzen, die wir gefüttert haben, und die uns viel Freude gemacht haben . An die Wildschweine mussten wir uns erst gewöhnen. Aber dann war es ein Erlebnis, eine Mama mit ihren 3 Frischlinge unter der Terrasse zu haben. Wir würden wieder kommen!!

Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Der Blick auf das Meer mit den Felsen und den Büschen ist wie gemalt und der Beste, den wir jemals hatten. Die Ausrichtung ist genau zum Sonnenuntergang hin und wir haben sehr schöne Abende gehabt. Trotz der Ausrichtung nach Westen kann man den ganzen Tag ab 10 Uhr entweder in der direkten Sonne liegen oder im Schatten abkühlen. Das gilt für Ende August/Anfang September. Da das Haus am Ende der Häuserreihe liegt, hat man sehr gute Privatsphäre. Das Haus selber ist sehr vollständig ausgestattet und sehr groß zumindest für zwei Personen. Drinnen haben wir uns aber auch nur kurz aufgehalten.
