Gravina Resort: Comfortable villa "Nove", detached. 1.2 km from the centre of Costa Paradiso, 35 km from the centre of Santa Teresa, 38 km from the centre of Tempio Pasania, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 2 km from the sea. For shared use: natural state property, garden plants and flowers, swimming pool (70 m2, seasonal availability: 31.Mar. - 27.Oct.). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, bus stop 23 km, sandy beach "Li Cossi" 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Traghetto Olbia 85 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Die Lage der Villen zwischen den Felsen ist wirklich toll! Die Appartements sind sehr geräumig. Der große Pool vor der Terrasse ist auch toll und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist etwas dürftig. Es fehlt Besteck, Geschirr, Gläser und (Schwamm, Spülmittel, Geschirrtuch) Die Terrassenmöbel sind leider auch teilweise gebrochen/beschädigt aber nutzbar. Sonnenschirme wären auch noch toll. Das Restaurant ist ganz in Ordnung. Sonnenschirme

Waren eine Woche in der Villa Nuove. Die Lage ist superschön zwischen den Felsen. Das Appartement ist sehr großzügig und der Pool toll. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr spärlich und zusammengewürfelt und die Möbel auf der Terrasse sind teilweise beschädigt. Die Mängel macht die schöne Lage und die tolle Aussicht von der Dachterrasse wett.

Sehr schöne Lage, sehr ruhig Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr spartanisch - es fehlt vieles (kein Geschirrhandtuch, keine Topflappen, keine Kochlöffel, kein Sonnenschirm..) Schade - könnte eine tolle Unterkunft sein

Die Anlage war sehr schön. Der Check in dauerte Stunden. Wir haben die Villa Nove C (9C) mit einem Sharing Pool gebucht. Das Haus hat genug Platz für 4 Personen. Allerdings war dieses bei Anreise dreckig, Außerdem fehlten sehr viele Utensilien, wie z. B. Wasserkocher, Besteck, Grillutensilien uvm. Auch war das Mobiliar defekt (Gartenstühle, Liegen, Wäscheständer, Schränke, uvm...). Die Dachterrasse war dafür spektakulär. Der Pool war gut. Sauber und warm. Der Check Out war eine Katastrophe.
