Large, cosy house "Mare Blù", 100 m a.s.l.. 4 km from the centre of Palau, on the outskirts, 450 m from the centre of Porto Rafael, 30 km from the centre of Porto Cervo, on a slope, residential area (villas), 550 m from the sea. Private: property 900 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with lawn and wildlife garden, orchard. In the house: roof terrace. 20 m stepped path (9 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.2 km, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 450 m, sandy beach 550 m. Golf course (18 hole) 32 km, tennis 2 km. Please note: car recommended.

Gute, ruhige Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht. Für unseren Preis von ca. 2.500,- /Wo. (Anf. 09/2024) war's OK; Mückenschutz an SZi.-Fenstern vorh., jedoch nicht am SZi. nach hinten raus. Die Küche ist sehr dunkel; Deckenlampe dort funkt. nicht. Beleuchtg. 'Treppenabgang Carport - Terrasse': außer Funktion; 3 defekte Liegen: Räder ab bzw. Rückenverstellg. kaputt. Gartentor-Scharnier haben wir notdürftig rapariert, damit man es überhaupt schließen konnte. Bäder: gut; keine Außendusche

Bitte beachten Sie: Falls während des Aufenthalts etwas nicht passt, steht unser lokales Team gerne zur Verfügung.

Wir haben als Familie mit Hund den Garten, die Außenanlagen und den Ausblick sehr genossen, allerdings die ersten vier Tage nahezu ausschließlich mit teils sehr gravierenden Mängeln, nötigsten Reparaturen und Handwerker verbracht. Der echte Zustand des Hauses scheint der Vermietung nicht bekannt gewesen zu sein, die Putzdamen dagegen kannten die Schwachstellen. Ein No-Go, das Haus so zu vermieten. Auch weitere Schäden sind aufgetaucht. Viel Telefoniererei mit der Vermietung, nicht urlaubsmäßig.

Tolles freistehendes Haus, was nicht in eine Ferienanlage integriert ist. Der Blick auf La Maddalena ist sehr schön und die Wege z.B. nach Palau oder Porto Pollo sehr kurz. Insgesamt sehr zum Empfehlen. Das Haus kommt langsam in die Jahre und Reparaturen werden notwendig

Wszystko stare rozpadające się. Brudno. Śmierdzi stęchlizna. Na plus jedynie ogród i widok na morze. Ale trudno się z tego cieszyć gdy w domu śmierdzi.
