In the hamlet Sos Aranzos 8 km from the centre of Golfo Aranci, 4 km from the centre of Pittulongu, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 850 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Motor access (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 7 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 850 m. Nearby attractions: Olbia 10 km, Porto Rotondo 15 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.

The house is lovely, just like in the photos, and very well located. Areas for improvement would be the bedding, which is quite worn out and uncomfortable (note that bed sheets are not included in the booking), and the showers, which have very low water pressure and limited hot water. We also found dead insects in one of the bedrooms upon arrival. we saw a rat on the terrace on our last evening and ended up spending the rest of the night locked inside the house.

Das Ferienhaus liegt traumhaft schön in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung und trotzdem nur 5 Min mit dem Auto zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man genießt beim Frühstück auf der Terasse den Bllick über das Meer. Auch die oben gelegene Sonnenterasse ist sehr schön. Fernseher funktionierte nicht, Anleitung der Verw. war falsch, aber man kommt auch ohne aus oder muss jemanden kommen lassen. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Nous avons passés les 3 premiers jours de vacances dans un environnement idéal comme sur les photos. un soir le passage d'un rat sur la terrasse nous a interloqués, après une forte odeur à vomir dans le salon nous avons tiré le meuble et il y avait un rat mort une personne est venu nous donner des produits à mettre sous les canapés et devant les portes sans aucune excuses. Les rats ont continués à passer sur la terrasse. donc le reste des vacances fenêtres fermées. vacances gâchées.

Wer Ruhe und einen Ort sucht, die Seele baumeln zu lassen, ist hier richtig. Einzig eine Microwelle für die heiße Milch im Cappuccino haben wir ein wenig vermisst. Ansonsten prima ausgestattet. Und bei den Badebuchten hatten wir täglich die Qual der Wahl
