For shared use: swimming pool (20 x 13 m, seasonal availability: 31.May. - 28.Sep.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, tennis (extra), terrace. In the complex: WiFi, sauna (extra). Fitness room (extra). Steam room (extra). Shopping facilities. Parking at the house. Shop 400 m, supermarket 7 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 700 m. Small summer holiday resort, in the south-eastern part of the island, directly by the sea, 56 km from Villasimius, 76 km from Cagliari, 62 km from Quartu Sant'Elena. In the resort: grocery, bakery, restaurant.

Nous avions loué pour ce rez de jardin nous avons eu une location en étage ? Des installations électriques sous calibré et médiocre pas de possibilité d eau chaude pendant le séjour. Des horaires pour la piscine non adaptés, fermeture en semaine 18.00 et en week end 19.00 quand il fait 35 degrés à 20.00 vous aimeriez vous baigner.

Après votre départ, le chauffe-eau a été vérifié et dû à un fonctionnement défaillant, celui-ci a été changé. Le système électrique a également été réparé et fonctionne bien à présent. Nous sommes vraiment désolés pour la gêne occasionnée.

Endroit calme. Un véhicule aurait été nécessaire. Peut-être à indiquer sur l'annonce. Pour 8 personnes, dont 4 adultes, le logement n'est pas vraiment adapté. Manquerait quelques ustensiles, notamment une poele. Par contre très agréables la climatisation. Par contre pas du tout assez de débit d'eau quand on utilise la salle de bain du haut et du bas en même temps. La situation COVID n'a pas arrangé sur la situation. Mais l'endroit est magnifique. En effet, nous n'avons pas été informé qu'il n'y avait pas d'animation et que la piscine fermait à 18h00. Très déçu des informations avant le voyage. Pourtant beaucoup de contacts avec interhome avant mais n'ont jamais pris la peine de nous informer des conséquences du covid. Le petit magasin suffit pour dépanner en pain mais aucun magasin ouvert pour faire de grosses course. Pas de magasin de plage. La navette pour se rendre à Villaputzu passe toutes les 1h30 et pour aller faire quelques courses c'était assez long.
