Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Private entrance. Modern, cosy villa "Aurora", 2 storeys, built in 2023. On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Porto San Paolo, in a quiet position in the residential district, 4.5 km from the sea, 4.5 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: beautiful garden to relax. Barbecue. In the house: central heating system, air conditioning. Motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 4 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 4.5 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Porto Istana" 5.6 km. Nearby attractions: Olbia 14 km, Località Murta Maria 3.3 km, San Teodoro 18 km, Porto Taverna 8 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

küche top eingerichtet, schlafzimmer spartanisch eingerichet, reinigungsmaterial(zb besen) nicht vorhanden oder defekt, bei ankunft eine rolle wc papier für 3 bäder sehr speziell, klima anlage funktioniert nicht, abfallentsorungsbehälter teilweise defekt(durch menschen oder tiere), top aussicht von der terasse, gute parking möglichkeit, anfahrt schwierig bei dunkelheit, komunikation interhome vorort speziell.

Die Unterkunft liegt ein wenig außerhalb, glänzt aber mit einer großartigen Aussicht von der tollen Terrasse. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist solide. Schlaf- und Badezimmer sind top. Die Reinigungsausstattung (Besen, Staubsauger) sind dürftig. Unklar ist aus unserer Sicht die Klimatisierung der Unterkunft. Eine kleine mobile Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, aber kaum sinnvoll verwendbar. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war die Temperatur in den Schlafzimmern durchgängig zwischen 25-29 Grad.

Das Haus ist schön, etwas abseits gelegen, aber schön und wertig eingerichtet. Allerdings war die Lüftungsanlage defekt und die Reparatur wurde solange nicht ausgeführt, bis ich die Anlage selbst wieder in Betrieb setzen konnte. Da die Lüftungsanlage kaum Kühlwirking hatte, war der Aufenthalt im Haus tagsüber eigentlich nicht möglich. Die Außentemperatur war immer deutlich über 30*. Nachts sanken die Temperaturen auf etwa 24 *.
